20 minutes in the drive thru at 5:50pm on a Saturday to pick up a mobile order, and I only moved up 2 spaces, with 5 in front of me. Decided to go in the store where I was promptly checked in so I could wait another 20 minutes.
In 1993, I waited 25 minutes for fast food for 3 people, and have not had a longer fast food wait since then. A BK in North Carolina held that record for 33 years.
8 people working here tonight that I can see. Food for 2 people took 40 minutes.
Please get them either more staff, better machines…whatever these visibly hard working people say they need. This is absolutely ridiculous. The staff was kind, and I didn’t see one person pause what they were doing. Please take care of your staff so they can take care of your customers.

Food was fresh and hot!! Drive thru line was wrapped around building and they didn’t miss anything even the customized items. It was so fresh. Giving credit where it’s due.

They were out of Mexican Pizza’s so a number 5 was ordered and a chicken quesadilla. Everything was fresh, bountiful and tasty. The workers spoke kindly and didn’t rush my order. The parking lot was clean as well. I just want Taco Bell to improve how they wrap the food. Otherwise, everything was good.

Visited in the past week. In our order was a Mexican Pizza. Upon opening it when we got home, found a used Pen or Marker stuck to the cheese. Returned to the store and Shaquira the ‘manager’, laughed as this must have happened many times before. She offered to remake and gave us a coupon for a free taco. What a classy joint… If you need pictures i have it.

first of all I want too say this was the worst fast food experience I’ve even came across first of all the time I got there was 10:01 the time I left was 10:41 I ordered a simple meal of 2 chicken tacos 3 dorito tacos and 3 bean burritos I didn’t get any of the dorito tacos one of the chicken tacos was at the bottom of the bag unwrapped and when I was at the voice box I asked multiple times about the Doritos tacos and tried explaining too the woman at the register that I wanted tacos but she somehow understood after all my effort that I didn’t want my tacos then at the window I gave her my card paid and got my drinks waited 10 more window for my food got the food realized it was wrong tried to flag her down she was on her phone then pulled through again and eventually left because it wasn’t even worth it over all the staff was a whole bunch of incompetent people who can’t understand how too make a taco and then getting paid too sit on their phones and mess up my order their pay should be lower then minimum wage because in this industry there’s a minimum effort too the job and somehow they proved they could work with the work ethic or a dead turtle never going here again at night never again this restaurant needs too figure out what they are going too do because that attempt was embarrassing

September 28th, 2025. 8:00-8:20pm. Whoever was making the food at this time put their whole foot, leg, arm, and head into the food. This is the best food from a Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Promote this person (or people) immediately.

it took me 50 minutes to go through the drive thru! That is ridiculous. If I had not been getting the lunch for my husband I would have left. Then when I asked if there was hot sauce in the bag the girl said yes so I took the bag and got ready to leave. As she was closing the window she said to a co-worker that I had an attitude- not acceptable!

I went to Taco Bell in collierville to get some taco.. once I received my food I realized I was missing two tacos I went back and told them but they asked for a recipe they never once gave us a recipe for our meal .They said they put six tacos in the bag they gave us our drink but not the right amount of tacos we ordered they put two more tacos in the bag but was still missing one as we about to eat out taco we found a hair in our food … we are not happy about our order

This Taco Bell continues and continues to say they will improve the drive thru time and still you will have to wait at least 25-30 minutes for Taco Bell, please don’t go to this location, even with 3 cars it will take 15 minutes
