The hits just keep coming with this store. I ordered a soft taco supreme sub chicken instead of beef and add avocado ranch. Anyone see anything missing here…….no lettuce, no tomatos, no cheese, and no avocado ranch was added. cant make this crap up. Its written on the order, right there on the screen. READ THE ORDER

I got 3 tacos with a teaspoon yes teaspoon of meat on them. I called and spoke to Manager and he said they were busy and just didnt put enough meat on the tacos if I wanted to bring them back or refund them. They weren’t busy I was only person in drive thru and no cars in parking lot. I explained it was to far to bring back. He said that was my options. People talk bad about this location because the people are a little edgier than other locations but let me tell you, they are much more than that. I was at Taco Bell last night and as I went to leave with my food, a giant bear rushes me and takes a hand full of my nacho fries. I freaked out and tripped on a chair and fell. I froze. I had no idea what to do and truly no survival instincts. Seconds later a Taco Bell employee, I think he said his name was Josh came out with a broom and a spatula!! I swear he was my knight in shining armor. He growled and hissed at that bear for a few seconds and the bear ran out of the store and into the creek horrified. Josh came over, swooped me up, and made sure I was okay. I was shaken up and decided to dine in and after all that my food was still hot, delicious, and visually full. I recommend this for lunch, dinner, and maybe a safe haven when the apocalypse comes. Taco Bell is love. Taco Bell is life.

Normally, Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place in the whole wide world. While on a road trip, we stopped here for lunch. The food was the most nasty disgusting and distasteful food I have ever had! We couldn’t quite put our finger on it, but something was so incredibly off with the flavor. Thought at first it tasted like old oil. But then on my tacos the taste was still there and I didn’t order anything they needed to be melted. I am pretty sure it was the tortillas. They didn’t look old or have mold but the only thing I could compare it to world be it tasted like old mop water smells. Absolutely disgusting! Staff were friendly but the food was so gross

The young man at the counter was super friendly. There was a customer in front of me that was being VERY particular which made it a wait just for him to finish, stand there & look at his receipt after paying, without moving. The worker had to explain that something the guy had ordered but modified, was basically whatever the item was on the receipt. It was a correct order but the customer had the worker explain everything. Never even said thank you!
The worker never responded in any way than professional! So when it was my turn to order. After I had paid, he offered me a drink because I waited for so long for the guy in front of me. The worker made my already day, good because of his kindness! This was around 7pm 5-21-25 I didn’t catch the young man’s name but he deserves another THANK YOU!

I came to pick up a DoorDash order tonight, Wednesday, March 4th at 10:31 p.m., and was told that their POS system was down and the lobby was closed, so they weren’t taking orders. We explained that we were there to pick up a DoorDash order. They asked for the customer’s name, we provided it, and the order wasn’t even ready.
They then told us to pull off and come back in 10–15 minutes, even though we weren’t the ones placing the order. I feel this is unfair to both drivers and customers. Other customers were being turned away and weren’t even allowed to order.
This is unacceptable. The owner should be notified if they want this location to remain open, especially since many of the reviews are already negative. It may be time to consider hiring a new night crew.

None of the 3 boxes I ordered were correct and was very distasteful and very depressing. If they are depending on making tacos for a living they should definitely try a new profession because that was unacceptable with a 3 star rating this location won’t be open much longer unless they replace the staff really soon…. And they trip the sensors after every single car that pulls through there drive thru which is against corporate policies I think someone needs to go in that is with corporate undercover to see how this store is being ran But they need to go after 9 PM

Okay so at first we tried to go into the lobby to eat at a table and as we got to the door one of the younger employees told us that the lobby was closed. As we were walking back, he let in a group of kids might have been his friends idk but they got to enter and order in the lobby and eat their food there. Then, we went to the drive through which took forever which was expected cause there was a lot of orders coming in through the drive through but we ordered two chicken quesadillas and as we were waiting we saw them bag the food in front of us through the drive through window. It looked like they might have made some sort of error because they pulled out the food and were looking at it and at the ticket and messing with it but eventually they put it back and gave it to us so we thought that they figured out their issue. When we got home we realized they gave us a steak quesadilla. They realized their error at the window but didn’t care enough to fix it and gave it to us anyways which is completely unacceptable. Will never eat here again, they need to figure out how to improve their service and fix mistakes they made once they realize it instead saying “screw it” and giving you the food anyways.

I am from louisville. I wish our taco bells were this great and efficient . 12 people all walked in at once and all food was out in under 7 minutes , no mistakes , and a very cheerful staff. They take pride in what they work for and do. I hole management values this store and staff .
