The crew here is absolutely a joke, no sense of urgency or costumer service whatsoever. The food quality was trash, I love Taco Bell, always have been a fan of the brand and the products but this location and the western avenue are the worst in Knoxville, lazy kids with no work ethic no management or leadership to guide them, if I was the franchise owner I’d be really concerned about my 3.5 star google ranking and quit letting the silver spoon in their mouths brats ruin my reputation cause I assure you a few more months like this and this location will be shutting down, I’ll be going out of my way to the location by the mall or not having it at all, a huge $40 disappointment can be spent elsewhere and your google rating tells me I’m not the only one, do better or close down

This undoubtedly a top Taco Bell. My husband and I live nearby and we joke that this Taco Bell must be the location they film commercials at bc our food almost always comes out looking better than the photos (I know, unheard of for a fast food restaurant). The staff is so nice and the atmosphere inside is great. We say we have the best Taco Bell in America. Big fans of this location.

The last time I visited a Taco Bell was about 5 years ago and it was the last time because of not so good service and tasteless food.
However, I stopped at this location and had such a pleasant experience with the staff and food that was hot and tasted more fresh than in the past.
We used the drivethru and the person taking our order was kind, polite and patient. She was able to get everything correct for the order the first time. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a smile, checked out and another nice woman came and handed me my food. They both thanked me for my service.
This visit to this location is the reason I will revisit again soon. Being treated kindly and feeling appreciated for my business is such a great asset!

I love the cheesy Gordita crunch so f*%@ing much. I have eaten Taco Bell since I was just wee lass and it always made me feel so happy. But lately, it’s like there’s a cheese shortage. I order the CHEESY Gordita crunch, and they neglect to put the cheese between the shells. I can’t handle it anymore! I just had to make sure that you knew the disappointment of opening up a hot, fresh, delicious, cheesy Gordita crunch at fourth meal, only to find floppy shells smacking against each other #wheresthecheese #cheeselessgorditacrunch

Best taco bell in a long time!! Staff was very friendly, food was fresh, restaurant was very clean. Food was very slow but that’s ok because once we got it it was very fresh. Nice outdoor eating area.

Huge taco bell fans. We order taco bell a lot! We live closer to the west town mall location, but I always make the drive here. This location has always, in our books, been the best one. This last visit was far from the normal. Ordered steak quesadilla combo, received chicken. Dorito Loco taco was a tiny sad, half scoop of meat, the shell was broken making it hard to eat even if it had enough filling to make it worth it. (First 2 pics)
Loaded taco fries were about 10 fries with meat and nacho cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no spicy ranch. (4th pic)
Didnt receive one item at all, a $3.99 chalupa.
Cheesy gordita crunch had little filling, shell cracked into shards, no spicy ranch. Melted cheese only in one small section, with barely anything inside. (3rd picture)
I have ordered these same items countless times. Our order rarely changes, so I know the quality is not up to par, or even close. I called the location multiple times to no answer. I was not informed if they were sold out of anything. With the location not answering, and the survey gives no option to put personal info to get a call back, I am leaving this here. $20 wasted.

Anyone can have an off day, but three consecutive visits now I’ve waited 45+ minutes for food ordered ahead on the mobile app that still wasn’t ready when I arrived and they said it would still be awhile before I’d have my food. Avoid this location at all

If you are wanting to get a quick bite to eat- this is NOT where you go! You could be served your meal at any sit down restaurant nearby, before you are able to order your food at the drive thru! Was the 4th car in line (just before 2 pm) and took over 20 minutes to order food. We watched at least 6 cars leave the line because it was taking so long. After we finally received our food this is what it looked like when we took it out of the bag. A COMPLETE MESS and not even wrapped.
The owner or upper management of this location should try being a guest at their drive thru and evaluate what can be done to correct the issues. This location always takes FOREVER! Definitely room for improvement!
