Taco Bell has failed epically. Since when is it ok to send out chalupas that are hard as a rock? Please tell me. I worked for Taco Bell and never was old stale nasty food sent out. This is disgusting. Then I paid almost 25$ and was hoping for hot fresh food! The only thing hot in that box was literally the nacho sauce and that didn’t last long either. Every item in that box was nasty. Whoever packed that box should not even have a job. Whatever sore loser of a manager that didn’t bother to check time tags on any of the food should be fired. This is disgraceful. I should really call LD an tell him bout this store this was nasty as hell!

The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the parking lot was clean with easy access and plenty of parking available. My order was ready when promised, which I appreciated.
The only drawback was customer interaction. Employees were talking behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived, which took away a bit from the experience.
Overall, it’s a clean and efficient location, but a little more attentiveness from staff would make it even better.

This is possibly the worst Taco Bell in town when it comes to delivery. They never get our order right. The last time we ordered before tonight they completely sent our food to the wrong customer and refused to correct the issue. We decided to give them another chance tonight just for them to not even send our complete order. Use Door Dash when ordering here as resolution is easier than dealing with this horrible location.

After going through the AI robot drive thru that cant for the life of it understand you.
The person at the window will have a headset on. They’ll tell you that they heard and saw you ask a question but couldn’t hear you as they immediately ring you out without taking a second to hear that you were asking three times to fix the order.
Then when they hand you your card back and finally listen to you, tell you there’s pretty much nothing they can do since they rang it through already.
Get rid of the AI, its such a piece of crap and waste of time.

My wife went to Taco Bell and we ordered some food. Everything at first seemed OK when she pulled up to the window. There was an African-American gentleman who was being extremely flirty because he didn’t see me in the car, but we didn’t say anything and we just went on once we got home. We figured our food was wrong. They had Not follow our order correctly and when I called just to tell them the African-American gentleman got on the phone and basically was calling me and my wife a liar and trying to use tactics to say that he was right and we were wrong and no matter how many times I told him I know she said what she said he just continuously called me a liar, and this is after he was being inappropriate at the window and after he fell to put in the correct order for us. I’ll be very careful about going there especially taking your family or your girlfriend or wife because it’s extremely inappropriate the things that they did and the fact that even after they messed up or should I say he messed up he continuously argued with me that my wife was a liar

They don’t put but a spoon full of meat like a tea spoon full on taco s. Not worth your money and way over priced. So I just take my business elsewhere. Marco s is much better and cost about the same but at least your getting meat and better tasting food

I am severely disappointed. We ordered through Uber Eats and this location sent our order to another customer. It took over an hour for them to make a replacement. So long in fact that Uber ended up canceling our order. I will be reaching out to corporate.

This is twice now that the stupid automated robot on the speaker got the order wrong!!! Also left out our sauce!!! This is redidulous. I get it people are lazy and technology is easier on the company . But this is outrageous! Get it together. Or put a person back on the speaker!!!!!
