We went there for Lunch and the taco box that we received was cold and the shell tasted like it was stale. We eat here a lot, but this is like the third time our order was wrong. Another time they forgot the meat granted that day they were pretty busy. They have been pretty good maybe just really busy inside. It is basically a great place to go and the staff is very friendly.

I think they could definitely improve the food service in the fact that someone should be there checking bags before they leave the drive through make sure the customer gets there complete order before they pull off because it sux going home then finding missing food items from the bag it’s a simple mistake easily corrected with simple learning skills when you start to have a person in place to do just that job because it seems slacking there and in the preparation also have had missing items for example i paid extra for sour cream or cheese sauce and it not be on the item or items I ordered them on. They are not a bad place and no one is perfect I have worked in this business I get the over whelmed rushed times and that’s why I say it just needs to some adjusting they are very friendly.

How can you get somebody’s order wrong when there’s nobody else ordering food. $13 I paid for my dinner I ordered a quesadillas nachos and chips and the little Cinnabons got everything except for my chips and cheese. Both the Taco Bell app and Google say this location is open at 7am. We got there just after 8am. Doors locked. Sticker on door said they open at 9am.

We eat Taco Bell often. This location gets the order correct and it’s quality food. Been there 3 times this month and they keep delivering the right order. Last night my burritos were so good, I swear I’ve never had a better one. They look like a young team but these guys really get it right! Thank you White Pine Taco Bell for bringing back my love for tacos!
