The food was terrible. Three of us all got food poisoning after eating here. The chips tasted like soap, the cheese tasted like a VERY hot batch from a week ago. Everything was gross & barely cooked.

Dinner was the reason for the visit. This definitely will be the last! The shift on duty was prolifically pathetic!!! The saddest part is the facility is scheduled to serve one meal a day because they screwed breakfast up so bad it was removed from all taco bell menus!!! The corporation should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such incompetence on a consistent basis in this county!!! Zero stars if I could’ve gotten away with it!!! To all travelers coming to Morgan county do yourself a favor and divert elsewhere unless you are as incompetent as the employees of this facility!!!

We had to have 6 tacos replaced. They took the food into the kitchen and unwrapped to make sure it wasn’t messed up which im pretty positive is a health code violation. But thankfully kept the one my son had bitten into and spit on. But because I didnt send that one in they didnt replace it. They also forgot a burrito and made me bring back in the bag so which they looked into to make sure it wasn’t there byg they did finally replace it. But now my food that was in the bag is cold. I typically do not have any problems but they were extremely difficult and bringing food back into the kitchen that has been handled by multiple people is a health cold violation im sure.

We stopped here for dinner and we ordered 3 orders of cheesy street tacos. We were told they were out of mild sauce so we told them to give us a bunch of hot sauce. We get to the window and they tell us they are out of starry, as well, and we have to pick another drink. Oh well. We asked for some sour cream on the side since they didn’t have mild sauce to tone down the spice a little and we asked for some verde sauce. When we get down the road, we have fire and Diablo sauce in the bag. No Verde or hot. We look at the receipt and paid an extra $4 for a few sides of sour cream since they were out of mild sauce and we were charged for some avocado sauce that we have no idea about it. We were never informed that getting sour cream on the side since they were out of sauce would cost us and why the charge for an avocado sauce we never discussed or got? The young women at the window need better training and we spent $4 extra dollars on sauce and sour cream that we didn’t know about. Also, why are they out of multiple ingredients before the next truck? Sounds like they need to get some things in order.

Service was very fast and the team member at the window was very nice, smile thanked me. Fastest I have ever gone through a drive-thru! They were out of lettuce, my taco was pitiful: a shell about 1/3 filled with meat, a few tomatoes and sour cream. They could have at least added more meat or tomatoes to fill the shell. At least the meat was hot.

My order looked like a 5 year old made it. Half of the ingredients were missing from the tacos and the Mexican pizza looked like they threw a pile of cheese and tomato’s on top of a tortilla. It looked so bad I wouldn’t feed it to a dog.
