Just sittin in drive thru for 20 min now, waiting to pick up door dash at 1 am, i saw it inside its definitely cold now. I will ask them to remake it but why? No cars have moved in 8 minutes now…6 min later they told me to “sit tight” at the speakerbox and not move around until they told me. I have worked in drive through they are trying to fake good drive through times because the timer doesnt start until the car is at the box. 5 min later i pulled up.

The new bowls have so much packed into them. They are a powerhouse of energy for our bodies.
The service was a bit slow but after they took my order.Everything was prepared quickly.The employee was very friendly. Tfood was hot and fresh.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell 3 times. First time I waited in line 40 minutes. Past two times I never even made it to the menu and had to leave. The most recent time, I saw 3 people total receive their orders in 25 minutes of sitting in the drive through. I saw people inside who were there before I pulled up and still there waiting when I decided to leave. Please reach out if y’all need a new manager or actual effort-giving employees.

Ordered through the online portal, food was horribly incorrect for how easy it was. You want no tomatoes on your food here have extra, oh easy beans on your 5-layer how about all beans no beef. They consistently mess up creamy jalapeño with creamy chipotle which sucks as a sauce, plus everytime I go I have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes just to order and another 10 to wait for my food to be ready and be told to pull up now. 90% of the time everyone working there seems to have some chip on their shoulder like how dare we come eat at a fast food restaurant. Whoever is the GM here needs to come and stay for a month or two, and get this store into an actual place people want to go. Oh yeah and stop forgetting extra sauces we have to pay for.

Just came through 15mins ago and had the best burritos I’ve ever eaten there. 2 years I’ve been going to Taco Bell and it’s always at par or slightly subpar to the proportions , the way it’s rolled or the temp at which I get it.
But today I was surprised with a burrito this morning to start my day being rolled perfectly , proportions of meat cheese and sauce being the exact amount need and the temperature was perfect, absolutely no complaints. It was so good I went back to the store to find who made it to thank them for my morning! Moe is who made them and he deserves every bit of recognition!!

This location the service is absolutely terrible. My wife goes in and places an order at the kiosk, and she started asking the staff where her order was when she saw the person’s order after she had already left. The whole order takes more than an hour. If you dine in a restaurant, I believe for that long the food is already being served on the table. You are fast food, not fine dining, but you let the customer wait that long and give excuses that you are really short staff, but your staff actually is not busy working which I saw they just walked out talking on their phone and smoked. Ask them.

This is a fast food place so keep that in context. Food is typical and good for a Taco Bell. Service was friendly. My issue is the management doesn’t have this place staffed properly. At 4:30pm on a Friday evening and only two people working!!! Waited in drive through over 30 minutes. The owner needs to take responsibility or lose the Franchise. I don’t know how they stay in business with such slow turn around. If no line then go for it but if a line at drive through go somewhere else.

Picture this, you’re the only car in the drive thru, they take your order then ask you to wait there. You wait for 5-10 minutes at the speaker before they tell you to pull forward. You get to the window, they give you the completely wrong food. Not one single item right. Not sure how you can mess that up when there only 1 singular customer at the whole store… this is literally the worst Taco Bell in the area.

They got our tacos and a reasonable amount of time. Corbin did a phenomenal job being kind and adding to the enhancement of our service. Multiple other paterons agreed with this notion as well. This man deserves a raise and will one day be an amazing supervisor!
