I went here yesterday during the rod run, they weren’t very busy, they normally are always busy but yesterday at around 8 PM they weren’t. I ordered my food, the employees were very nice, but it took forever to get our food and I guess the cook must of not cared or been in a bad mood because he placed all the food on top of the Mexican pizza and it all stuck to the box. I made it back to my hotel when I realized what they had done. So I immediately called the store to complain, and they said I could come pick up a new one if I would like to. Yes they made it right, but they never apologized for the inconvenience. I actually had to send my son back up there walking because driving back there with all the traffic was a nightmare. I appreciate them making it right but it should of never been this bad to begin with. Just make sure you check your food before leaving so you don’t have to go through the trouble of calling to complain and going back up there.

Waited 40 minutes in line. Not a big deal. Was completely patient. Made a mobile order so it was easy for them. Guy told me to pull up to the first window and he opened it real quick and said they only had 3 people. Then closed the window. so I pulled up to the second window and got a very rude lady who said next time wait at the first window, handed me my food and closed the window. Couldn’t even ask for taco sauce.

The lobby was closed, not sure why. I ordered a bean burrito extra cheese and onion, way too much onions about 8 times the amount of the normal serving. The chicken burrito was not good as well. The taco was good, easy item to make of course. They need to get out of the food business, worst Taco Bell ever

Quote from my wife: “Honey is throwing away his food. This is a first!” I used to love Taco Bell but this one was the final straw for us. Chalupa was COLD and soft – oily as well. Not sure if it was microwaved? Beef Burito had no beef only beans. We asked for a lot of mild sauces and got 4. Specifically asked for recipt and didn’t get one. I wanted to go inside for all of the above reasons but it was drive through only. I guess they decided they didn’t want to deal with people on an early Tuesday night. Just ridiculous – especially as there are so ooo many other options around them. Never Again for us!

I love their food but the only thing I didn’t like is it’s drive thru only and it takes so long to get through the drive thru line when the line is all the way to the road. They really need to reopen their lobby it’s not COVID anymore and we are ready to dine in again.

I got the wrong order. I ordered a #10 Steak burrito combo and when we checked the bag I had two chicken chalupas and a beef taco. It was 1am and the line was wrapped around the building, no way we were going back or waiting in line again. Good thing I’m not a picky eater.

I despise giving bad reviews but my husband and I enjoy Taco Bell, even while on vacation and the first day we tried, we waited in line for 15 minutes (probably longer) and finally left. Inside is not an option. We went back the next day or so, and when we finally were able to order after another long wait, the food was awful. Stale tacos and just mediocre food. We were disappointed, but it’s our fault for still going after the first attempt. I think we’re just spoiled where we are from but I don’t think it’s too much to ask for decent food, especially in a high demand area

Very slow. Only drive thru was open. Was told to wait where I paid to get my food instead of pulling up to next window and then I ended up having to walk to drive thru window bc they forgot to give me something I ordered

The order took more than an hour and this taco bell just accepted drive thru. When we asked the guy at delivery window if there was something wrong or because of which the order took so much time, he was really rude and mentioned that they were understaffed – while we could literally see more than five employees inside the store (alongwith the window guy constantly laughing and chatting while keeping the window closed). This was a bad experience at Taco Bell and I would not be going back to them in future!
