This is the WORST Taco bell location I’ve been too. I placed an order using the screen. When I got my order I went outside to eat in my car. My order was wrong. I went bk inside to let them kno. The manager was disrespectful. He replied with what do u want me to do make u another dish? I was shocked. I replied well I came to you before when my order was wrong n your reply was “we NEVER make mistakes”. This is the 6th time going to this location that my order was messed up. As I was walking out he said don’t come back here and eat. I’ve called to report what happened. This manager needs to be replaced. Other locations have advised me that Rogersville is the WORST location. Note to the Manager.. I am making it my job to make sure this gets handled the way it should. YOU SHUD NEVER BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR ATTITUDE IS GOING TO COST YOU BIG TIME. KARMA IS COMING.

Staff is rude, also was trying to use the bathroom and a staff member repeatedly beat on the door every 30 seconds which is so rude. Just the whole vibe is bad. Was going to eat inside but went to my vehicle instead. Do not recommend this location.

The moment you walk into this particular location you feel a bad aura….its definitely NOT good like other TB’s in the area. The food is frequently not prepared how I order it. If you let them know this, you get total attitude….like I’m wrong, not them. The worst customer service and totally lacking in any professionalism that a paying customer deserves.

This place is just crazy. There’s never any meat in the breakfast items and the few pieces they do put in there are on the sides and I even had to pay extra for steak which as you can see is not even In there!! The drive thru person working most morning is so beyond just rude that it will literally mess up your whole vibes for the day. I hate that this is the only Taco Bell in our town. I love Taco Bell breakfast, just not this location!

The meat was so wet it went through my shell in less than a two minute drive home. The girl in the drive-through asked if I would like sauce with that, I said yes please I would like hot sauce. Guess what, no sauce in the bag. Good thing I checked before I left the drive-through window and asked for hot sauce. There’s about an inch of bird droppings on the sidewalk next to the building. that means the owner never inspects the building, or maybe just doesn’t care about cleanliness. You can only guess how they maintain the kitchen! Avoid at all possible.
