In the evenings anytime I go it take over 20 minutes if we go inside to order and eat instead of drive through. If you want fast food go through drive thru and then park to eat.

Over half the tables are dirty

No one works the front counter… they all avoid it like it is the plague.

I understand having a line for drive through and one for inside orders… but have the same hustle on both lines… OR do you not have an order clock on your orders?

New guy working was great however when I asked for sour cream that was near a dollar for less than half a little cup and asked if I could get a cup with possibly more sour cream in it I was told no by the red headed drive through girl. If the man hadn’t been new I absolutely would have asked for my money back but I didn’t want him to have to look for the manager again for help as she disappeared as quickly as she did the first time he needed help.

I went thru drive thru and ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito no fiesta strips, 2 double stack tacos no fiesta strips no lettuce, a chicken dipping burrito, and a chicken chalupa with a fresh shell with no lettuce or tomato. She didn’t get the second double stack taco and left out the chalupa so I came back around and ordered a second double stack taco and to get my chalupa that was left out. I pay for the taco and she still doesn’t give me my chalupa until a asked again like she felt I was lying about it. When I finally get all the food and get home the chalupa is hard with half the shell ripped off and is covered in lettuce and tomato. I get it I work as a shift leader at my job i just got off a10 hour shift so I felt bad and gave a tip to the cashier and got home to be cold food with stuff that I can’t even eat. I called the store and Adam didn’t apologize or seem to care that we wasted our time trying to spend our hard earned money at this location

Went through the drive thru the other night and the woman never gave back my debit card. I realized it the next. Morning as I left town and stopped to get gas. I realized I never got it back. I checked my mobile bank app and seen i had two charges to my card. I called pretty much all day to ask them if they had my card. They wouldn’t answer the phone. I got back in town later that n8gbt and the lobby was closed. I ended up getting back my card but it cost me so much trouble through out the day not being able to access my funds. I confronted them about the double charge and it was refunded the next morning.

Worst Taco Bell around.

This Taco Bell was not busy at the time we were there and now I know why. The staff was EXTREMELY rude to us. For starters, we ordered $35 worth of food. When they handed it to us, we checked the bag just to make sure it was all there. I said very politely that I think we were missing two tacos. She insisted multiple times that it was all there. I asked if she wanted to double check and handed back the bag. They counted the tacos and were throwing them into another bag. A different employee rudely handed me the bag and said “it’s all there” but then added the two tacos in a small bag on the top. So they WERE missing the two tacos and were being rude to me for asking for them. They also gave us ONE taco sauce when we specifically asked for sauce…. for $35 worth of tacos. So again, they did it to be a**holes. The food that they gave us was literally just tortillas and no meat whatsoever! We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, I advise you to do the same! The other Taco Bell in town is literally 5 minutes down the road! (Pictures are a chicken quesadilla and Crunchwrap supreme)

I went through the drive through asked for more cheese on my nachos and the worker in the back made A huge scene of the situation was cussing. I went inside. The management was very friendly and gave a refund in the worker was still cussing and complaining that they gave a refund. I will not return as long as that type of ppl are employed.

This was supposed to be a steak chalupa with no lettuce and extra cheese. It didn’t have enough meat to even cover the fold on chalupa and would hate to see it if I hadn’t requested the extra cheese… 2 stars cause chips that were all over bottom of bag were still tasty with the cheese dip

Service was fast and pleasant.

Though, I have to knock a star off for how greasy my soft shell tacos were. There was grease on the papers of the tacos, and it leaked onto other items. No soft shell tacos should be that greasy. Please strain the meat.

Drive through orders the last couple of times. Food prep has has improved greatly over the last year. Food looks like the menu displays and we are not getting half filled tacos, cheese dip cups, or burritos anymore. We appreciate that! We are getting what we pay for. Now they just need to work on getting the orders correct. 2 out of the past 5 times I have had incorrect orders (this over approximatelya 4 month period)…nothing extra, just something is missing that didn’t make it into the bag or box. Just make sure to check your order before you pull away and you should be fine…I’m going to take my own advice moving forward because I didn’t notice until I got home on the last 2 misses.
