August 12, 2025, crunch wrap supreme has almost No beef. FIVE BITES UNTIL I get almost any beef.
June 2, 2025. Got a double Decker taco because they are pushing the value menu on the app. Once AGAIN, Only got HALF of the fillings.
Tried the new Cantina chicken crispy taco on 4-2-24, It was somewhat filled with BEEF. Took it back to the counter, minimal words from the person back there, went back to my table. Several minutes later they were holding up the bag for me. It was Very light. Did not get a fresh avocado sauce, opened this one to put some sauce on it, Not enough chicken to make it from end to end of the shell. It tasted good, just not worth it for less than half a taco.
Went on leap day for the 2.29 crunch wrap supreme special. Cold outside, AC running inside very cold, never took off my winter coat.
Since I paid less than half for the crunch wrap, I was served Less than Half of a crunch wrap supreme. Usually can take part of my box back to work, had to eat it all to try and fill up.

Ordered a medium Baja blast from the drive thru at 440 pm. Got charged full price even though it’s happier hour. Asked the dude at the window he said our happier hour actually just ended at five. I said, but it’s not 5 yet… Still got charged full price almost $3 lol. Maybe learn to tell time?

the last 3 times I have attempted to eat at this location, I have asked the employees very nicely to turn their music down in the kitchen. no music is ever being played in the lobby and it always sounds like a bass party in the kitchen. every time I ask them to turn it down, they say they will but are sboody about it and do not turn it down. once it was even turned up more.

We visited this Taco Bell on Friday, and my husband ordered four hard‑shell tacos. All four had barely any ground beef in them. I know Taco Bell isn’t gourmet food, but we still paid good money and expect to receive the product we’re paying for. The tacos were so empty it was honestly ridiculous and unacceptable. This location needs to pay more attention to portioning and quality.

Everytime we’ve ordered, we ask for no lettuce, tomatoes, or sour cream on our chalupas, and they’ve put it on anyway every time. Today, we received an EXCESSIVE amount of it on both chalupas that we ordered plain, to the point it was falling out into the bag. Everyone in this household has worked in the food industry, including one of us who has worked at a taco bell, so we can say without a doubt this is laziness or purposeful. It is not difficult to follow instructions and you can EASILY see what instructions are on an order. Not to mention the meat was ice cold, despite the fact we received our (delivery) order within 15 minutes of placing it.

It’s Taco Bell. I was sober that trip so just 3 stars. Add 1 to 2 stars if it is late and you have been drinking. Staff was quick and friendly.

Placed the order through the mobile app and went to pick it up. Drove to the window and I was redirected to the ordering booth to place the order again. When I asked about the mobile app , I was told I still have to place the order on their drive through booth. Then I did as I was told and took the food and left. When I got to my hotel and checked the food, no forks were found in the bag. I asked low ice in my drink when I place the order but still the quarter cup was filled with ice. When I asked about it, I was told that’s the less ice in their habit. So if I ask normal ice, would I get the cup full of ice with no drink? Totally disappointed with the customer service at this location. The girl at the window and the person in-charge of her were very rude and not fit for this type of business. Also Taco Bell should remove the mobile app ordering option if we have to place the order again when we are picking up. That will reduce the customer’s time wastage.
Update: ordered soft potato taco and crunchy wrap. I should hire the archeologists to find the potato in my tacos. Nothing is visible as potato. The crunchy wrap didn’t have any crunchy texture. It was soggy and not edible at all. Make the food for the money you are charging! Don’t rob the people.

Today I had an issue with a special order Crunchwrap Supreme I placed. The crunchwrap was lacking the ingredients I added and wasn’t as fresh as I had hoped. However, thanks to excellent service by Logan, I was provided a remake that went beyond my expectations. Thank you to the team for the incredible food
