We have ate here a lot and always think it can’t be that bad AGAIN! But guess what, it just keeps getting worse. $36 for 2 boxes and 4 tacos is bad enough. But the tacos we got were Absolutely pitiful. A 2 year old could make a better taco. I will not be back. This was the last trip for us to this location.

I love Taco Bell’s bean burritos but you can go from one restaurant to another and some will put onions on them and others will not. When I ask the person at the drive-thru if they put onions on their bean burritos they acted like I was crazy… And stated they put onions on everything. I asked for them to please leave onions off all my order yet everything had onions.

Honestly the best Taco Bell experience we’ve had in probably a year? Driving across country with my family, had to stop for food! Went inside and used the kiosk, and food was prepared right away FRESH. Staff was amazing, it seemed to be all women working, and they had the friendliest attitudes. Could be a TN thing, but man was it nice. 🙂

Absolute garbage. Management crying over being called out for terrible service and terrible food, blaming everything on the situation, refusing to remake food that they messed up.
Had to make two trips and the employee at the window threw the food out the window at my wife.
Literally peeling paper off of my food so that I can eat it.
Disgusting attitudes, terrible food, all around will avoid in the future.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!Update: Day#2/Next Day was NO BETTER! Last two pics are 2nd trip/remakes! This picture is of their Chpt Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito. The Beef Burrito Supreme that was also in the order had no cheese/sourcream/meat on it! The Cheesy Bean and rice burrito has barely anything on it! See pics! Service is horrible. Period. When you call their # it is a fax machine.

I have ate at taco bell numerous times and this was by far the worst fast food experience ever. I will NOT eat here again. They also have not changed the grease they have been cooking with because the mexican pizza I got tasted like straight grease I couldn’t even eat it. Then you have the new nacho cheese fries with steak they are promoting, yeah this cost me almost $7 because I paid extra to put more steak on it and this is what they gave me. The cook on November 17, 2023 you should have been fired on the spot . Absolutely sorry and pathetic. They can’t even wrap a burrito… they might as well threw the stuff in a bag mixed together because that’s basically what the bag we received looked like. All these fast food workers want a raise but give this? You really think you deserve it when you rip people off. Last time eating taco bell. I spent $30 for a bag of garbage. Oh and whoever was putting stuff in the bag even gave us the wrong thing and probably gave our stuff we were suppose to get to someone else. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Stopped here twice bathrooms remain same condition not too great but the service was quick, not busy at all plenty of tables available. I will visit a different restaurant during my next stop in this area. The place overall was clean with friendly cashiers just the bathroom not what I like or expect in a location like this.

The service was good but the food was not, I got two stackers and they tasted like chilli was in them instead of the regular meat , the nacho fries was cold and tasted like they been sitting all day, the gordita crunch was supposed to be no lettuce but had have a head on it and the tacos I assume was OK cause the others didnt say anything but could have just been where they was hungry

Bathrooms were dirty. No toilet paper. Sink was backed up. Dinning room floors were dirty. Taco shells were all broke. But staff was really nice.
