I just left this taco bell while doordashing and Reston is one of the kindest fast food employees i have encountered in such a long time. he asked me if i wanted a coffee or any other type of drink and i have never had that happen at a taco bell while doordashing. he has such a bubbly and contagious personality and i definitely feel like he deserves to make more than he does working there. not sure of his hours but i highly recommend going around 11:30 PM to see him. 10/10 employee

Service was extremely slow and we were the only people in the restaurant, half our food was completely cold. The floor in the dining room was very dirty, after we got our food all of the staff was just on their phone instead of cleaning anything. Definitely won’t return to this location.

All right, let me start by saying that I stopped at the Alcoa Highway location earlier this day and I got a chicken quesadilla and a regular nacho fry I only waited what seemed to be like 2 to 3 minutes and everything was hot and fresh I mean, let me tell you the fries were crisp and hot to the tongue Absolutely five stars all the way across the board. Now let’s talk about this location.. I pulled up to the speaker. Someone answered the wrong speaker, but quickly figured out that it was the wrong speaker. It was a little woman. She was extremely polite and courteous all the way through this ordering, even when I returned to bring back the warm soggy nacho fries that I ordered this time, but I ordered them with a steak quesadilla. Now there was a mail working in the store with her which is who brought me my bag and I believe he is the one that is preparing this foods so my assumption is that he has made way too many fries way too soon when everyone knows that fries should be made to order. Maybe you drop it down a little extra, but this is late night here you don’t really drop down late night for us. Cook them to order. I don’t know anyone who would complain about having to wait for them to finish cooking. It’s about four minutes at most restaurants so as I pulled up, I did notice another vehicle leaving so it was like all right. Maybe they took the reprise were just sitting there and not paying attention to the timer so I wasn’t really upset because my steak quesadilla which was really really hot. My nacho cheese was really really hot, but the fries were a bummer and I really pulled up for the fries. So I get the new order of fries and I fill them. They’re slightly warmer and their crisp so I was like OK. I popped one in and the inside is cool. I just shook my head and said I will just do a Google review like that’s two out of three I’m not going back a third And I sincerely mean that I will not go back to this location and order food for myself or my family

This is possibly the best Taco Bell hands down. Clean, friendly and food was amazing! Andrew on night shift 9/27 gave some of the best guest service I’ve seen in a long time. Great team and great place. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

We haven’t been to a Taco Bell in several years due to the lack of customer service and having to use the computer to order food. Then getting it wrong and waiting forever…
We decided to try this location because it was new and close to the house. I was surprised that the people were friendly – very friendly.. in fact the first time we went was just to pick up for a friend… the order was taking longer than expected and the man at the window not only apologized for the delay but gave me a drink while I waited. Today we ordered for ourselves and the woman at the window was both friendly and professional. There was no wait and the food was still hot and fresh when we got home to eat.
I’m so glad the managers at this location take pride in their work and employees because we really have missed the Doritos tacos lol we will definitely return!
