Ordered my order online through the app I got to the store on my lunch break to pick it up and after waiting 40 minutes past the time it was suppose to be ready I finally left. It took the workers 20 minutes even to acknowledge me and they said they would make my order but continued to make all of the drive thru orders never making my order! Worst customer service ever and I have reached out online for my refund for the food I prepaid for online and never received! Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra couple of miles to a different location!

A I has made this place a zombie level food place . Had to type in order no one at the counter, got 3 orders wrong in a row. Horrible service. Very slow. Nobody cares. They have two lanes one for online orders and one for regular orders. I didn’t notice the signs they say online only since I already knew my order. I figured I’d go to the mic and order like normal. Dude told me I had to wait in the line I already waited in for 15 minutes AGAIN and go through the other mic because the lane I was in was “online only” it was 2 am. Nobody else in line. I said I know what I want can i just order here. And he said no. You have ti drive around. Customer service sucks. Food sucks. Speed of service sucks. Don’t drop by this taco bell they couldn’t care any less about you as a customer.

Everytime I go to this location its usually between 4 til 7 and no matter what the inside is closed. The staff there is rude, I’ve noticed alot a couple employees are standing out with their buddies, talking smoking weed cursing and once I even noticed they let their buddies do burnouts in parking lot and they also cussing. As you go to drive thru. Very rude, rush you to get your order and then forget most of items u order and if u go back they get even more rude with you . The last time I went I ask for sauces and the manager yelled n cussed that the sauces was in the damn bag. And as well as employees that are inside while preparing your order they always goof off and I even witnessed them smoking cigarettes while cooking my order. Needless to say I ask for my money back and won’t ever go to that location again. Bc when public sees all.this its not very inviting g place to.even want to be

Lobby has been closed since July 15th for lunch hours. Always open 7am to noon, once 2nd shift manager clocks in they close lobby and claim their short staffed with 7 workers inside.
Tried to buy food today, took my money and said they are not open yet again. Refused to issue a refund, and wants to trespass me for knocking on the door. Ahahahhaahhahaah place is a joke. Their lobby is never opened. And has been closed again all week (09-08) up to (09-15)

I would not recommend door dashing this location whatsoever. They only had one of the four items I ordered and the one item that I ordered that they did have (chicken quesadilla) I couldn’t eat it because it was stuck to the wrapper. They replaced the other three items with a whole bunch of stuff which was great except for this… one of the items I ordered had no sour cream because I don’t like sour cream. You would think when someone gets no sour cream it might indicate that information. However they replaced it with items that had sour cream so I couldn’t eat half of the items they replaced it with because of that. They also gave me tacos that were stuck to the wrapper as replacement items. Needless to say they ripped apart trying to get them apart from the wrapper. The reason I gave more than one star is because previously when I have went to this location for pick up it’s not normally bad.

Asked for nacho fries and cheesy roll up
Claimed steamer down so couldn’t do cheesy roll up so I say taco crunchy instead I get my meal taco broken in half meat all over the wrapper can barely eat more like tostada
And nacho fries must be old they was super stale and hard to hit I want to speak to a manger asap but no one will awnser called multiple times.
