Please check your food before you eat it!!! Honestly can’t imagine people coming here. Went at about 9pm to get a box of chicken and beef tacos and literally almost threw up at my first chicken taco. Not only was there barely any chicken at all but it tasted like poison! Like someone dropped a massive amount of chemicals in the meat! Luckily my daughter didn’t have a chance to take a bite so it was fine, I went through each taco, barely any meat in any of them, only a few smelled extremely chemical, but ended up throwing them all out to be on the safe side. After seeing previous reviews I didn’t bother to make a complaint or reach out knowing they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Won’t be back at this Taco Bell. I’d rather take the drive to Johnson city honestly. Management and team members do not care about their job nor do any of them ever show up ready to work not to mention how crappy they treat their customers. I have came plenty of times to Taco Bell mostly late night as I work nights and want something quick and close to home. Every time something is wrong whether I pull up and place an order or I do an online delivery or pick up, my food is either wrong, missing items or disgusting. Night crew sucks and whoever is management because she doesn’t step up when her team members mess up at drive through and trust me I know how hectic it gets and what it’s like to get confused or overwhelmed and even then most places I worked, we fix it. We don’t argue heck and forth because we can’t admit that we messed up we fix it and do better next time. This Taco Bell is inconsistent and probably only ever good in the early morning, those associates are nicer as well. Im just over it. Placed a late night order and went back because items were missing and they remade it and argued with me just to give the bag back with missing or wrong items I didn’t even order, AGAIN. it’s honestly hilarious
