they are horrible at cutting the food correctly, wrapping it correctly, and basically doing anything else correctly. they treat their employees like trash and the store is treated as a dumping zone. avoid!! the manchester one is 100% better.

I placed an online order at the wrong location was told I needed to order a second meal and pay separately and I need to call the wrong store for what to do. I understand it can be difficult a frustrating when people do this. This was my first time ever ordering at the wrong location and was met with extreme rudeness from whom i’m assuming is the manager or shift leader. I had no problem paying for my food again (for some reason same order was $5 more expensive?) but kept getting treated like a Karen even though I was polite. I could not understand what she was saying over the speaker and I asked her to repeat what she said and that’s when she said to just call the other store to get my refund. I called the other location my order was sent to on accident and was told all I needed to do was go through the app. I also found random bits of chicken through my burrito that came with zero chicken. And soda machine was down (no problem) ordered a sweet tea and seriously not even ice in my drink? I used to love coming here and was a regular but this place will no longer get my business.

Went here to get my birthday drink. App wasn’t working. Manager was beyond rude. All workers standing around in drive through doing nothing. I could not eat the tacos because they looked wet. With the managers attitude I’m not surprised if they tampered with the food. Will never be back.

My mom, sister, and I stopped tonight Feb 5, 2026 about 9:30 pm. We ordered 2 Chalupa meals and my sister got 3 bean burritos. First they got our order wrong. We got 2 Chalupas and 4 tacos. They did fix it. However, the Chalupa bread was like it was left from yesterday. They were hard on top and cold. They put very little in them. They looked more like a taco. Everything was cold. The crew was too busy leaning on the counter and talking to use fresh Chalupa bread and fill them.

The lobby was little dirty just a little sweeping, clean tables. We cleaned are table & people around us as well. I did uses the bathroom I just held it. If the lobby look like that the bathrooms might be bad as well. They where really not that busy. But who knows ♀️. The food was good hot, fresh.

I have always liked Taco Bell food. I have never been disappointed from this particular location. I had sometimes problem with other locations, but not this one.
Chicken burrito was on point. We definitely get lot more than the price. The atmosphere inside was cool and everything was clean. It is always a pleasure to visit here.
The food always felt fresh and at right temperature. The wait time is not too bad. The staff is friendly and the service courteous. The drive through lines are always long, so I prefer to go inside, which is usually not crowded.
There is always some special instructions for my food but they never mess up the order. Parking is little tricky as there is always a line of vehicles for the drive through.

We ordered beef burrito supremes it tasted like a Bean burrito hardly any cheese, lettuce, or sour cream. The drink machine game is extremely watered down dr pepper. Was not worth the money. Will not be back to Taco Bell anymore. Everything was so much better 10yrs ago.and was affordable. Not anymore

I ordered $23 worth of food (cantina chicken burrito, some steak dipping burrito, and a few other things + extra dipping cheese) and ended up with 2 chalupas and a taco (that was spilling into the bag)
I knew I should have asked for my receipt.
How this happens I’ll never know.
They weren’t busy and there was only one car in front of me. Unbelievable that these people can’t do the simplest of task.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell and probably a couple of years. And all the sudden I got a hankering for some tacos and a burrito so I stopped at the one in Tullahoma and it was actually really good. The two tacos were perfect and the cheesy rice and bean burrito was perfect also And the drive-through was extremely quick during the lunch rush at about 1215.
