Purchase a meal and really felt discriminated against One stood up there waiting to order no one came started to order on the machine and his white couple walked up and all of a sudden a guy automatically appeared took that order and took off running never asked me if I needed help. Their order comes up My order still waiting. My order finally came up and he came up to the front throws across the corner off of Murray turn around walked off end of it I walked out. Open up my plate paid for extra beans extra rice and didn’t get it called over there and the guy that answered the phone said come on over we’ll make it right I don’t think so.

You could definitely care that helpdid not care of providing a good product. I had 2 crunchy tacos one had if I am lucky 1/8 cup of meat then few sprinkles of lettuce and cheese. It was not enough to come up the middle of shell. Did not even think to take a picture. The other had more BUT it was not wrapped so it fell out to bottom of bag. Then my husband went to get his and I kid you not he went to get his soft tacos out and one was not in the pouch so it feel to bottom of bag and the other had very little in it. If I had not paid for this I might have laughed. This manager really needs to inform his staff to try harder and have them pretend that they just made them for themselve. If I lived here I would volunteer to make it for them then let them

Cashier was kind of rude. Rice was under cooked. Only gave us one sauce packet idk it could have been much better in my opinion but the crunch wrap was amazing as always!!!!!!! But seriously one sauce????? And not even the kind I asked for and that was the second time around because first time they didn’t give us any sauces. Oh well

What in God’s name is this?? This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered the 2 cheesy dipping burritos and we thought they were on the small side the first time.. but THIS is ridiculous!! Mind you the receipt is for $6.02 after tax! There is no way this is right! Why are prices so high and quantities so low? I also wanted a small cup of cheese sauce but didn’t order it because it was $1.99! For 2 ounces of cheese! I usually don’t complain, but I’m posting this and I’m going back up there after work to show them the picture. We have to keep these businesses in check! It’s highway robbery! (Not to mention taco bell is a multi billion dollar corporation who pays their employees the bare minimum!) I’m over this economy and over crooks in corporate offices bleeding the working man dry! sheesh!!

Just got back home from this location, ordered 2 steak quesadillas with no jalapeno sauce and a nacho. Waited for 15 minutes just to get my simple order wrong, and charged me almost $20 on top of it all, for that kind of money the least you could do is double check the orders are correct. And why are you charging premium prices for eh food?

Supposedly this location has new management…. Well they aren’t very good at their job I guess…because It’s gone down hill a lot since, food almost completely empty & cold, not made to standard… they refuse to give you the “extra”ingredients you pay entirely way to much for. Consistently getting food wrong. Claims to be out of mild sauce but then we get told it’s for drive thru…. But Iam also a paying customer & my wife can’t eat anything other than mild sauce with her food because of health issues & allergies. But they sure have time to be loud and screaming in the restaurant blasting music so loud we can’t even hear to talk amongst ourselves at the table we are sitting at. Cleaning products left strewn about the lobby constantly but yet every time we come in this establishment it’s dirty…. The list could go on but we will start there…

The only upside to this location is the quiet & cleanliness. We waited for ages just to be acknowledged and we’re ultimately never greeted. Ordered through the tablet, waited another 10 minutes minimum. They couldn’t even hand us our drink cups so we could get started?! Seriously?? When we received our order it was short an item. When i got the attention of an employee and asked for the missing item, she handed me what i would find to be a comically underfilled taco shell. It may be the 9 hours we just spent on the road talking but this was the worst stop we’ve made all day. And buddy we’ve made a sketchy stop or two. I’m assuming now the quiet clean atmosphere is bc nobody wants to deal w this place.

Trying to process what just happened, if I could give negative stars I would. I have attached a picture of our soft taco to show just how ridiculous this really was. First they left out all the chicken from my chicken protein bowl. I ordered 3 orders of nacho fries for my kids and there wasn’t even a whole order between the 3 of them. Then my husbands soft tacos were all tortilla sprinkled with a minuscule layer of beef drippings and a sprinkle of cheese and lettuce. For the $45 I spent on dinner I wouldn’t even call it a snack. I mean come on, I know it’s fast food and we are on the road traveling and typically I don’t leave reviews but this is just comical at this point. I understand cut backs but geeze at least give me what I ordered.

This used to be the best taco bell but it has sadly fallen off hard, the proportions have gotten smaller, the service les reliable, and more of my order is wrong each time i go in.
