Other diners having speakerphone conversation. Could barely understand kid at counter and the Crunchwrap Supreme looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. See pic. Went back on our way home from Chattanooga 4 months later and gave them another chance. It’s better but still not fantastic for their price.

Let me start with the kiosk order system. It should have the capability of knowing if something is unavailable. Should have given money back. On to the work staff. Plenty there, none acted willing to help. Had to ask multiple times for our drinks. My husband was almost done with his food after asking for his drink, guy finally gets it. But it was terrible i thought he should have said something to them how bad it was.. But needles to say WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

We live out in Chattanooga, tonight we were passing through to Nashville and stopped at this location! The staff tonight killed it! The food was hot and fresh! It was all well prepared and packaged! Best Taco Bell experience we’ve had in awhile! Y’all are awesome!
