A brand new Taco bell, All the food was great and freshly made, we had special requests on the orders and everything was spot on, clean and fast, the lobby has 4 self order tablets to make help get food accurately and fast also has a late night pickup window so you do not have to use the drive through.

I usually go to Lakesite to get Taco Bell when I do even when HWY 153 is closer. They built this one and I decided to give them a chance. I should have just went to Lakesite. I would like to say it was my fault my food was cold but I live by Publix so there’s no way it could have been ice cold by the time I got home. The cashier was also working the line and cash at the drive thru which normally wouldn’t bother me until I seen that the she only took off her gloves because she needed to to use my card which makes me wonder if she had been using the gloves and going back and forth with them until there was an issue. So back to the food. The food had an off taste but I had been sick and thought it was me and I finished one of the two Tacos I got and the Mexican pizza tasted off too. I didn’t finish it or the other taco I got. I tossed them. I wish I would have went to Lakesite now. Between the gloves, the food temp, and off taste I ended up sick. I refuse to go back to this one. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to get sick like I did.

The food was ok but the place was freezing with the A/C blasting and 33 degrees outside not to mention there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom. The worst part is you can’t order your food without using the stupid kiosks and it takes forever and it replaces employees so I will never be back to this one and I am fortunate that there are others close by.

I’m the only person in line on a Saturday night. I ordered online. Not only was my food not ready but for some unknown reason there was a 4-minute wait before the lady opens the window and asks me do I want hot sauce. Here’s the deal–she didn’t acknowledge me, wave at me, even look my way once as I sat there for the 4 minutes. I have spent a career pleasing customers and I can tell you that was clearly not Taco Bell’s finest hour.

Barely edible. Ordered a $7 box – Hard taco shell was soggy from how long it had been sitting around. The chicken chalupa had beef in it. Very disappointing

For a brand new Taco Bell they sure do love to provide overcooked and burnt food. Would not recommend this one to anyone.

“Avoid this new Taco Bell—they rushed my drive-thru order despite being empty, didn’t provide all my food, and what I got was nasty and inedible. The cashier hurried so much my wife couldn’t read the menu (I was relaying for her), leaving us both frustrated. Service and quality were awful; next time, frozen pizza it is. Skip it and save your money.”

Went through the drive-thru and got the cantina taco and asked for an extra side of the sauce that comes on the taco. They charged me .30 and gave me the wrong sauce. The rudest woman was at the window. When I told her I need the correct sauce she raid “well we have to charge you for that”. I said “you did charge me, but you didn’t give me the sauce I asked for”. She just stared at me like this wasn’t her problem so I left. Then tried to eat the tacos and there was the littlest amount of sauce on the tacos! And they were broken! I won’t be back!
