I went in to grab something quick and cheap. I was getting 2 items of the value menu, the sign said to enter it at the kiosk. I entered the order which took twice as long then I stood waited. After about 10 minutes somebody can put and called my name and said the fryer was down so I asked if it took 10 minutes to find that out? He asked if I wanted a refund and I said I wanted something to eat so he went and got a manager. She asked the same thing and I said I wanted something to eat but if they couldn’t serve me then I would want a refund. I had ordered a bean burrito and some taco that I guess went into the fryer. She put the dollar back on my card and then said the food would be ready in a few minutes…. For a bean burrito! Finally got my 1 dollar meal!

Horrible customer service. Went to get an order that was made wrong. They made it wrong again I asked for a water and the lady in the drive threw was horrible. This was the only face to face interaction I had with anyone. The manager was great when I spoke with her on the phone she solved my issue and answered any questions I had. My only major problem was the customer service I experienced from the woman in the drive threw
