You could clearly tell the previous night shift didn’t clean anything. It was absolutely dirty. I was there at 10:00 a.m. there was only two employees there running the whole place. So one person was on food while the other worked the drive through which left the front counter empty. I waited 15 minutes just to be able to pay for my order then another 20 minutes for my food whichmy nacho bowl was placed upside down and spilled everywhere. I ordered a large Baja freeze and it was given to me half melted and half full. I was patient and understanding due to the fact there were only two people working, however at this point it just wasn’t worth the money I spent. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive-thru at 8:40 PM on 10/14/25 and a most pleasant and friendly voice took my order and was at the window. Brandon is a great example of how customer service employees should be. He should be commended. The food was good too.

made a mobile order at 6:00pm and they still haven’t had my order ready at 7pm and had been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. my order wasn’t even large just a couple of tacos. so ridiculous

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell. It hurts the brand and the employees. I am guessing whoever is managing this Taco Bell location is under stuffing the food or skimping severely on ingredients. To me it’s as if the management gets rewarded for saving ingredients, this is shameful. Burritos are flat as a pancake. So far this has been the only one across the country that I’ve seen actually do this. Being an industry professional I feel embarrassed for the employees that have to serve what is only worth 2 dollars. My advice to you is go to sonic, at least the food is portioned ok. This was my second time here within the week, as I thought the first time was a mistake. Nope!

Don’t waste your time by sitting in line for 20 minutes. Got there at 12:43 am and they close at 1 am. Waited in the line. Pulled up to the speaker box at 12:58 am and they didn’t answer until 1:02 am and said “hey bro so we’re closed”. I told them we had been waiting in line since long before close. He then said “look man I’m telling you my clock shows after 1 am so I’m not taking your order”. If you’re working the graveyard shifts the least you can do is wait on the people at were in line for 20 minutes.

I can’t complain about the food, as it is always fresh. The service is lacking if you go inside because they are more worried about getting drive-through orders dealt with because they’re on a timer. The store is always nasty.

The lobby is always dirty. They do not clean the tables or the floor. They always only have minimal staff and they try to force you to use the Kiosk to place an order.
The lobby Air Conditioning is always set so low that it is always freezing inside.

Food isn’t the problem they keep the lobby so extremely cold it’s not even comfortable enough to eat with a jacket on. I find it very disrespectful to the customers.

The workers here tonight are awesome talked to us and got our food out in a timely fashion with only I would assume two workers. The food is also awesome 10 out of 10. Was here nov 1 at 10:28
