Probably our favorite Taco Bell in Cleveland. Food is always hot and what we have ordered! This review comes former Taco Bell employee of the month (July 2011).

This location constantly leaves out parts of my order, doesn’t remove the ingredients requested to be removed and gives extremely skimpy portions. But paying extra for steak on a taco and getting 4 or 5 tiny pieces of meat, a couple pinches of cheese and a few small pieces of lettuce is just ridiculous. Every item in our order barely had anything on it but making a taco this bad almost seems intentional. Overall paying $30 for $5 worth of food and being hungry an hour later is just bs and I feel completely ripped off. This is the last straw for this location and I will no longer give them my business.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would for today’s experience. At around 5pm I went to pick up a mobile order which had 2 beef quesaritos, 2 beef chalupas and 2 Baja blasts. In my experience with this particular Taco Bell it is like they bring a “limited” item back and all the sudden they only care about how that one thing is made and looks. Quesaritos perfect, but my chalupas were literally inedible. At first glance in the bag I thought they gave me small burritos instead of chalupas, so my boyfriend took them back inside to get them remade and they looked at them, assured him that was a chalupa and what I ordered, and refused to remake them, instead they insisted that this is what they look like and just smiled. I paid 13.76 for just these 2 chalupas alone. I will not be back to this Taco Bell. I however highly recommend the one on Pleasant Grove Rd, off of exit 20. As I went there after and they made my order correctly and understood my frustration with my previous order.

Taco Bell PLEASE DO BETTER! I recently went this store for the first time expecting a nice, fast meal to go. When I went in to place my order I saw some young, teenagers I assume, dark haired girls laughing and pointing me. Fine. I didn’t mind. But when I tried to ask for help? They had the worst attitudes. I asked one of them if they still had the nacho fries, last time I had Taco Bell they weren’t on the menu, and she, her name was nisi from what I heard, looked like she was holding in her laugh and kept looking back at the other girls. I think their names are Jocelyn and either Alandra or Alondra. As soon as I got my order I threw it away. There was absolutely no chance that I would be eating at a place like this. I expect things to be done about this or there will forever be a bad name on this store alone. Whoever the manager is, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE SOME DECENCY!!!

I came here one night trying to get something to eat really quick after work. Order the 9 dollar box which definitely recommend . But no sour cream well the guy with a beanie on put it on there. Which oh well shit happens. I tell him. Aye bro I cant have sour cream no attitude no nothing. He gets pissed throws the hell out the burrito it the trash. When remade he barely gave me any meat and stuff in my burrito. Like it wasn’t even that serious and very unprofessional. And honestly I haven’t been back since

Bought $30 worth of stuff. Everything with lettuce had rotten lettuce. They left one item out and messed up my drink. Yes, I had to go back and they remade the items. There was never a “I’m sorry.” Rotten lettuce is inexcusable. It was old and slimy. It’s not $30 worthy. See pics – see if you would spend 30 on it. I drove 2 miles. It wasn’t as if the lettuce had time to wilt from heat. This Taco Bell has a long history of bad food and lack of empathy. I would recommend you avoid it.

Came for a quick taco, left with 12 items and a life lesson. Nothing on the menu looks like the picture, yet somehow it’s always exactly what I wanted. Is it authentic? No. Is it delicious at 11:47 pm? Absolutely. Taco Bell isn’t food—it’s a lifestyle choice, and I stand by it.

When my order was picked up the woman shut the window in the dashers face and the food was cold and had been setting out for well over an hour and they refused to remake the order .

I’m a huge fan of tacos and this Taco Bell actually does a pretty good job as corny as that sounds LOL because even with the instructions fast food restaurants give in the pictures to show how to make things they all do them differently somehow. I only know this because I get the same thing no matter which one I go to. I want to go to the most put extra cheese and beef in them, while the other ones typically put more rice. Still good either way

The lady in the window was so rude. She had caught an attitude with us when we were ordering food. When we got up to the window she was just staring at us and making faces. She started yelling at my friend and then took pictures of us and her car. She threatened us and said she was going to post us on facebook. She needs to be fired. Really all the staff in the drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell the customer service sucks. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. It’s simple as that.
