I ordered 2 Taco Supreme’s with a simple request. No lettuce and extra cheese. I received 2 taco’s with meat, hardly any cheese, NO tomatoes and NO sour cream. This is the 3rd time this has happened. See the pictures attached. Printed instructions are very simple and clear. Oh, and no sauce packets when order shows request for 3.

I sent my husband to pick up some nuggets, He went thru the drive thru and order 2 of the 10 piece chicken nugget combos to bring back home. What a disappointment this turn out to be. They smelled so bad and I promise you over half of the nuggets were so overcooked they had turn black in places and hard as a rock. The few that was edible were so hot and spicy they couldn’t be eat. Threw them all in the trash and had to send him back to McDonald’s to order some more that could be eat. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but in this case it was necessary. Being on social security, I don’t have money to throw away like this. Having over 30 years experience in the food industry I would be ashamed to serve or sell these to a customer. People with kids take notice, I seriously doubt they will eat these. Look at the pictute i posted and ask yourself if these were worth $20 bucks.

Not friendly no real service. Can’t place an order with a human. All machines. Doors were open but we were told we had to take our order to go because they are closing but didn’t lock the doors and people kept coming in.

My boyfriend and I went here around almost 2 in the morning and there was a sweet blonde lady at the window who was very very kind to us and was very patient with us while we were having card troubles. Her kindness didn’t go unoticed ❤️ I wish I got her name.

Ordered 2 steak burrito supreme’s and they both came looking like this. . A burrito side salad with a hint of steak . For over 13 bucks for 2 burritos I expect more than a tortilla filled with lettuce .

I hardly give one star but what i got today has made me change my 5 star rating. I ordered the doritos hard shell taco combo supreme with a drink. I’m not sure if it was a distributor issue or not but the tacos tasted stale to me. The drink how ever was not a distributor issue . I use to work at taco bell I know the employees make the sweet tea their is a certain way you are suppost to make it and I understand mistakes happen but to make that mistake and give it to the customer anyways clearly able to see that it’s horribly wrong is not ok . Iv provided images of the sugar water “sweet tea ” that I received today . I didn’t drink it I thought mabey at first it was a mix up and I got mango tea ” it’s been awhile since I had the mango tea so I forgot it’s color ” but nope unfortunately this was sweet tea that was Gave to me ……. I’m highly disappointed with my visit today

Ordered grilled cheese burritos with BEEF and got virtually no beef. I wonder if its illegal to call it a beef burrito with less than 1% actual beef content. On the upside, there was plenty of rice and cheese though. Hmmm….
