Great drive thru cashier , so I had hopes for decent food. Instead it is sloppy rushed, missing ingredients. The cook took less than 1 minute to prepare my meal, he seemed more interested in running back to the drive thru cashier with his phone in GLOVED HANDS! YUCK. WHO does this young man expect to eat this? Not even my dog would YUCK

My wife and I ran through the drive through last night and had a fantastic experience with Nakelan. He communicated clearly and showed a real interest in being sure everything on our order was correct. He was friendly and really made the experience exceptional.

Got food ,was weird about replacement of chili.matter of fact they gave me a red sauce as replacement for it and I already paid for red sauce.no salt in lobby my hubby salt fiend he is asked and they dumped 20 in his hands and acted like we were a burden.manager was upset and said whatever over chili replacement. Asked light lettuce and gave extra. This is the only time at this location I’ve had a problem.Usually perfect service and food.maybe a bad day we understand

The staff is kind and always SPEEDY
My favorite thing about this place is it’s ALWAYS clean !!! Everything is always stocked up and my family of four comes to this restaurant about 3 times a month.
Crystal the manger is always having welcoming conversation with customers that come in. They’re always her number one priority she needs a raise !
We will continue coming here and enjoying our dinners and the friendly staff.
It’s never usually busy give them a try!

All was good till we got home and they forgot to include the Fire Sause in the bag. Should have checked before driving off. But the should always check the list of items were in the bag before handing the order out.

I have not been to Taco Bell in at least 20 years. When I ordered I asked for chicken tacos and the lady was kind enough to say that she could make me some which I thought was extremely nice of her as I don’t eat beef and I had no idea that they did not offer chicken tacos. When I received my food, I was extremely happy to notice that Taco Bell has reduced their sodium content by at least 75% since I last ate there. Kudos to them! My chicken tacos were delicious indeed. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. I very much appreciate their kindness.

They forgot napkins and the line was very long but they moved it along quickly and the food was good. They didn’t ask if I wanted sauce or a drink, but they were nice. However, it seemed odd that the window cashier was hanging something out of the window to trigger the drive through time sensor. I understand from working fast food in the past, myself, that you want the time to stay under but it doesn’t look good to the customers and it seems like it would be of more integrity to keep the time honest, even if it’s over. The whole world is understaffed so no one should feel pressure from corporate to meet demands with low staff available. Everyone should be honest and understanding. Other than that, it’s a great Taco Bell.
