Decent service, food was thrown together and was half opened in the bag. I ordered the chili cheese burrito and it was tasty but was almost empty. Also had the double decker taco, both hard shells were crushed and made very sloppy.

This place is laughable. We ordered door dash. Delayed extensively. Forgot half our order. No sauces. And we had a taco show up with everything spilled out of the shell and into the bag. Apparently making a taco here is like splitting an atom. By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve experienced.

If you like interacting with staff that acts like they have been hostages at
this same Taco Bell for eons and are not afraid to show their discontent to the customers…
If you like sifting through your order to find some of your items are missing requiring to interact a second time with said discontent staff….

This taco bell is very convenient and not usually very busy so I can get in and out in a flash. I tend to get burritos or nachos when I go there. The food is good and consistent.

In the past month I have waited for AN HOUR in the drive through to get my order TWO SEPARATE TIMES. Need to hire more staff for Saturday nights because it is getting absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason to have a dozen cars waiting in line and take 10+ minutes to take each order. Go to literally any other Taco Bell in Nashville and if you have no other choice, ALWAYS wait to place a mobile order until after you have at least driven by.

Ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos on my short lunch break. I dont eat meat. Got a beef taco and a chicken taco instead. And ill be hungry for the rest if the day. No line whatsoever. Total L how do you screw that up.
