I came in and ordered at the Kiosk, then waited for my food. It took about 20 minutes and then the food wasn’t even right… i orders 3 soft tacos but got 3 hard tacos. I don’t usually complain cuz it is fast food and honestly I dont really care cuz ill eat it anyway, but considering i waited for a while and didnt complain at all, i feel i have a right to complain if my food also wasnt right haha.

Day shift gets all the stars I gave. Night shift is negative stars. Here’s a Mexican pizza, just opened the box. And not one of the ten sauces I ordered. They probably mess with the food, the level of petty I observe with the late crew. One of, At least a dozen examples of issues I’ve had is- I went to pickup an online order, before closing time. One of the two miserable girls I see there, greeted me with, “we closed.” I said, “do you not have an order for (name)?” It was already paid for. She said oh no we don’t. Click. I never got reimbursed for that order. I forgot about that until now…

Another one of the nasty nights girlies is more unpleasant the later it gets. It could be 4 hours til close and she’s a real peach. . Snappy , never dares to smile. She’s dirty blonde with glasses and a rchiseled straight face. The other girl has a darker complexion and glasses too, I’m pretty sure. I wouldn’t wear a name tag either if I was like that on the job. They’re the reason I just signed up for a google account just to say, you don’t have to work there if you don’t want to. It’s a job. It won’t hurt the company, but you’re representing yourself too. I don’t know I was always smiling at my fast food closing shifts even if I was going through it. I can’t imagine being that miserable. Just leave…. That’s all.
Yeah, it is a little personal. I take it personally that you don’t meet standards every single time.

Hopefully word gets to you and your employer.
Day shift kills it every time and are pleasant.

Editing 01/28/25- gave this location another try after a year, ordered $50 worth of food to get cheesy roll ups missing cheese, no nacho cheese in a beefy 5 layer & no cheese in a CHEESY Gordita crunch. The food has a weird, off smell. $50 in the trash. This location needs either new management or to close its doors.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Husband and I went in around 430pm to eat inside, the food we recieved wasn’t even cooked. The soft tacos were all cold, and the cheeses in the beefy 5 layer burrito weren’t even melted. When he brought this to the counter lady’s attention, she gave him an attitude. When we finally got new food, it was on a dirty tray and was still cold. Being pregnant I ate what I could because I needed to eat but my husband asked for a refund on the rest. When I asked to speak to the manager, it seemed the real manager was too afraid to approach me so a back line worker stepped in and laughed as I was explaining what happened. I got sick later on that night from what I ate.

Avoid eating here if you don’t want to be throwing up all night, and if you want quality and proper customer service. 0/10

Worst experience ever with a restaurant! Had to return to take order back, lettuce was frozen and slimy. When I returned a roach crawled across the counter. A man claiming to be manager became angry because I told him about roach and refused to refund my money. I DID NOT want my food remade because of the roaches. Very unsanitary inside store. Very unprofessional!

This is one of the only places in town that’s open late, which is a lifesaver. I always use the app to order the Cravings Box and customize it to exactly what I want. This makes it a super smooth experience-I just drive through and pick it up without having to explain my order at the speaker. The service is always good, and it’s a chill, quick stop.

Terribly slow in the dining room, out of certain drinks, not clean inside, seemed to only be focused on drive-through (drive-through timer)
Update, tried to give them a second chance, they still got the order wrong, terrible experience and they refused to do anything to make it right like replacement of the order. I even spoke with the area manager with no resolve in sight. Truly the worst restaurant chain ever all the way to upper management. Probably will never be eating here ever again as it is constantly the worst restaurant experience this town has to offer

I ordered 3 beefy 5 layer burritos and 4 burrito supreme. When I got home, I took the food out and I got 1 beefy 5 layer, 3 burrito supreme and 3 cheesy burrito. I tried to call and couldn’t get an answer.

This location is garbage. The issue isn’t getting orders wrong, it’s a problem with quality. This photo is a cheesy Gordita crunch. Virtually no meat, and it’s covered in sauce.

I have been here about a dozen times and the experience is generally poor. I’d go back for a refund, but it ain’t worth the cost in gas.
