There was a bug in my taco. First they got my order wrong! When I came through the drive the second time to get the right order. The woman on the headset had an attitude. When I finally got my right order I opened the taco to find a bug in it. Came back for the third time on my lunch to get a refund and told the assistant store manager with the red hair my experience and she was nonchalant and confirmed she saw the bug in my taco. She disregarded my experience and the bug just to acknowledge the reason my order was wrong was because it was rung up wrong. I don’t understand why that was the only thing to acknowledge. What about the bug in the room with us? Never coming back. No thank you.

About a month ago this place went downhill, fast. It went from the best Taco Bell to one of the worst overnight, with missing items in the order, over 30 minute wait times and staff yelling at each other in the back. It’s a shame to see one of our favorite places for lunch or dinner become one of the most inconvenient fast food spots in Mount Juliet. I’m willing to change this review if it gets better but for now I had to let the people know! With enough feedback I hope the hiring manager gets a reality check and fixes the issue. Please save our favorite Taco Bell!

This location is consistently accurate with orders and is well staffed. The employees are friendly and make sure everything is right. Every once in a while I feel like the chalupa shells are a bit stale but for the most part the food seems fresh.

Didnt get my order right. I order the three tacos supreme combo. told the lady working i wanted one more taco supreme after she asked me if I wanted anything else. Also the beans in burrito tasted old so I spit it out. Definitely not coming back.

This is the best Taco Bell. We live next to 3 Taco Bells and we drive 20 minutes just to come to this one. It is always clean. Every staff member is friendly, kind, polite, and attentive. They welcome us when we enter and thank us for visiting as we exit. Thank you for being consistently the best Taco Bell around.

had to go back up for chz sauce and then again for missing extra taco

but the burrito was not. it had left over not mixed correctly refried beans that were super yuck
I have been here once or twice before and appreciate the fast service but it seems like everytime the beams are terrible here or anything I order with beans is never right sad to say.

I didn’t even order food, I just do delivery for them, and I wouldn’t order their food. They have people with full beards working line with no beard net. That’s not just wrong, it’s a health code violation that would get me fired at the Taco Bell I work for.

I do not know if there are new workers or what it is but we’ve gone to this Taco Bell many times and this was the worst visit ever. The cashier was very short and mumbled the whole time. Our fries were dumbed in the bottom of the bag and I did not get what I paid for with the rice. I really hope next time is better.
