These employees were working under terrible conditions. It was storming so hard the power in the entire area went off and on several times. Yet, even with power out, these customer service representatives met the task of preparing a truly fine dinner in the dark. With high spirits, great service and outstanding care for their customers safety, they still prepared the best food I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.

Ordered take out. I’m 3 miles from this place. I open 3 hard tacos. And everything sticks to the wrapper. So, 3 tacos. And I’m left with fragments of shells and little bit of cheese. Everything else was stuck to the wrapper. I threw everything else away

Just went to this location. They did great back in the day until now. Was driving past and figured to get the family food sense it was late and I was missing half of my order. Ya my mess ip for not checking but it has been a long day at work working 7days a week for the past 2 months. But how can they mess up a order which they were not busy at all. I was the only one in line and no one was dining it due to it being closed???? Also so you’re away my order number was 8412ee. Cashier was Joseph L but a lady took over after speaking with him for a few seconds. Fat food has gone to crap!!!! CHECK YOUR GOOD AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

The worst food and service I’ve ever experienced don’t waist you time coming here unless you want to come back 4x to have them “fix” your order I get fast food places mess up sometimes but they put 0 effort into making the food edible my Doritos locos taco shells were mush soup in the carton and when they “fixed” them they put nothing inside the shells just a tiny bit of meat and cheese I don’t know if they’re messing it up on purpose but they’re all young kids that suck at they’re job

I don’t recommend coming here at night. Your order will always be wrong and what you do get will make you wish you stopped at Circle K for a roller dog on your lunch. Both are equally as bad but at least you’re not over charged for your crappy mystery lunch.

I’m giving two stars because I have had good food here before. The food we had tonight was awful. Cold hard tortillas. Nothing was steamed or pressed on the grilled. It was really gross and most of the food was tossed.

went here with my girlfriend, we’re regulars. the staff was beyond rude when they forget my girl friends chips and served me raw chicken tenders. my order was made incorrectly and some guy working on headset stepped outside and had a whole entire argument with his girlfriend. super uncomfortable and i am not coming back 0/5

The gentleman who took my order was kind and put in exactly what I wanted but whoever made the food, Sucks! First the beef burrito’s soft shell was far from soft, my cheesy gordia crunches I always get with Nacho shells where regular and they didn’t even put cheese between the shells!!!!! You would think after the 3rd time in a row with a messed up order, I wouldn’t go there.. Also, they used the wrong cheese! They used the cheese sauce instead of shredded
