1/10/26: LMAO I give this place 1 star. I really tried with this location but this is the second time I have ordered a bean and cheese burrito and got one that looks like it has been sitting out for 2 days. The beans are chalky and hard. The entire burrito hard. Not to mention the kid taking the order sounds like they are falling asleep. Taco Bell. Train your people better. I will not be coming back to this location.

Tried the Cantina Chicken items and everything was delicious. It was served fresh and hot. It was prepared properly and not just a mess in a wrapper. Im allergic to beef, so having these chicken items is so nice. The “grilled” chicken they have had for years has no flavor and is like rubber. This is honestly the only Taco Bell location I will eat at. From East Nashville to Hendersonville, none in between are this clean, great food and service.

The food is hot. They rush to beat that drive thru timer and not worrying about how the food looks. The cashier was nice and sweet. My food either had to much of a product or not enough. Like it was measured at all. My pizza looked to be dropped or something so I asked for another one. It wasn’t perfect either but wasn’t so questionable.

the order taker was very rude for no reason, and ended up not letting us finish so someone else had to finish our order and when reading our order back it didn’t sound right so when i had a question he decided to come back in and be rude once again finally explaining why it was rung up that way. i was nothing but nice and didn’t even say anything at the window bc it was busy.

I put a mobile order in on 6/09 and my husband picked it up for me around 3 PM on the way home from work. Everything else we got was fine, except this one taco I got. It was all put together right and nothing was missing, but it had an ALIVE FLY in it. Ruined both of our appetites. I emailed day of and they haven’t responded so hopefully they answer my second one!

I ordered in store to go. My mexican pizza was placed at the bottom of the bag under everything else. After arriving home I discovered a destroyed pizza. Never ordering here again. In addition, this store does not give receipts.
