just to be clear — I do respect the employees. They work hard and deal with a lot. This issue is about the management, not the staff.
This Taco Bell needs a new sign. Instead of “Cash Accepted,” it should say: “Cash Accepted… only if you can predict the exact change like you’re some kind of fortune-teller.”
I ordered $22 worth of food and handed them $25. The worker looks at me and says, “We don’t have accept cash.”
Really? Taco Bell ran out of THREE dollars? Did someone rob the register for exactly $3? Did the change fairy call in sick?
If you don’t have cash in the drawer, maybe let customers know before we place an order. Don’t advertise cash like it’s available when your register is basically a metal box full of disappointment.
I came here for tacos — not to solve a math puzzle, not to negotiate like I’m buying a used car, and definitely not to find out Taco Bell is broke before I am.

I thought about trying them out to see if they have fixed any of these problems but they haven’t even replied to my messages or anyone’s messages so they obviously don’t care enough to respond so I’m definitely going somewhere else!!!Had to complain about not getting enough chips and fries look like crap and looks like poop in the damn restroom

Young girl with glasses at the window engaged in a confrontation with me with my young daughter in the car because I asked for the avocado verde sauce I ordered but was not in my bag.
I looked in my bag because they are notorious for leaving things out and I’m aware the avocado verse is extra so wanted to make sure it was in the bag. It wasn’t. I asked her for it and she snapped at me “you gotta pay fer dat”. I said “ ok well I ordered it, so I should have paid for it, had I been rung up correctly” she goes back and forth on how she didn’t charge me for it and me stating I very clearly ordered it and she just didn’t ring it up. She does not need to be at the window working with customers!
Also, chicken cantina quesadilla was half full and not even toasted properly on the outside like it has been every other time I’ve gotten it.

Food is always missing the arrey of kids working in this location ate rude hateful disrespectful. One girl took a phone call why leaving me stand waiting to order for several minutes before she was back there talking and hanging out with the people on the line when i spoke up and said she should have taken my before taking a phone callshe apologized and the ither gorl beside her said dont apologize and explain yourself you dont owe her nothing . Really the is why the world is on fire as it . Disrespectful rude entitled kids . I be calling the manger tomorrow 10 people in there working and they cant get the food right then lea e you standing at rhe counter for 5 min .

What can you say different about Taco Bell? The service at this Gallatin location was great. We got food to go and the young woman who handed us our order was very personable. She did everything exactly right; eye contact, smile, thank you. It was refreshing to see in a person so young!

As someone who goes their frequently I was disappointed to see that they don’t even manage what there giving to the customers. I had just got off work and wanted to stop here since I haven’t been in a minute, I usually eat in the parking lot so I can have a few minutes of peace to myself. I opened the bag and saw someone was just as hungry as I was and helped themselves haha. I went inside so I could ask for a refund she only gave me a refund for my hash brown. I had to literally ask for my whole meal to be refunded like come on common sense. Definitely won’t be going back there again.

This has got to be the nastiest taco bell i’ve ever been to. Old food and crumbs all over the place and under the counters, bathroom was disgusting (poop smeared on seat and wall and no hand soap (didnt notice this until ai was leaving). They put my food on a dirty tray with no paper, so I tossed half of my fries in the trash. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude snd the food was absolutely terrible. They need to fire everybody there and rehire a whole new management team. When I first walked up to the counter, the supervisor (heavyset white guy with facial hair) said it will be a while or you can place your order on the kiosk like everyone else. He said it very rude. When I told him that it wouldn’t let me customize my food, He rolled his eyes and turned his back on me. Then it was 5 or 6 mins before anyone took my order. The food was horrible. I will never go back to this location again. Just to be clear, there was no one inside the restaurant and maybe 3 cars in the drive through and 7 employees were working. Most standing around and no one was cleaning. Take a closer look at picture #7. That crud under the counter has been there for MONTHS if not years.

Too many issues with food ordered through the app being out or unavailable and they can’t refund it in store so it feels like being robbed. Also too many edits get missed app and store gets 1 star until system is better or fixed
