I don’t know why this Karen gave a 1 star review. This is the best Taco Bell. It’s new, clean, fast, even the people are fresh and not stressed out. You should come and check it out for yourself, I recommend it!

Food is decent… Like most Taco Bell stores. I’m knocking off a couple stars because of employee issues. I’ve only been to this location 4 times. I roll by on my way home every morning. The first issue happened last week when I ordered on the app (steak breakfast burrito) and when I got to the intercom and gave my name I was told that the meat wasn’t ready yet and was asked if I’d be okay with potatoes as a substitute for the steak. Because I was in a hurry to get home, it would be fine. Mind you I was still charged full price for steak but I let it go. Next issue occurred this morning. Same scenario but when I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were running “a little late” opening. I told them it wasn’t an issue that just put my vehicle in park to wait. The employee came back on the speaker and told me that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and asked me to find a parking space so that when they did finally open I could join whatever line formed at the speaker and wait some more. At that point I cancelled my order on the app and went to McDonald’s. I’ll give them another chance in a few months. I know how difficult it is to find good help today. Perhaps at that time they will have people who can actually open the store and be ready for customers at 7am.

A manager was presenting an unprofessional butt chewing meeting in the middle of the dining area and being quite disrespectful to the customers present by forcing them to listen to her megaphone voice while berating the staff. This should have never been seen or heard by customers trying to relax and enjoy a meal. As a local guide, I do not recommend that anyone goes to this location until the manager receives proper management training or is replaced. I will definitely be eating at one of the other locations in the future.

Who’s doesn’t love taco bell. The one in Gallatin tn always makes my food fast and full. I’m sure others might not agree but I’ve always love eating at taco bell.

The newer Taco Bells are so cold and uninviting, the staff have a really poor attitude and act like they are being forced to be there.the food was just ok, and was not what I ordered. Not real sure were the disconnect is but I placed two orders and both orders contained stuff that I hadn’t ordered. You have a long way to go to get a 5 star review. I will most likely be back to see if your workers clap on and get with the program.

Customer service was awful very unprofessional.
Stopped here at the new taco bell tonight after trick or treating with family and kids we ordered before the people we came with an they got their food an we kept waiting an they finished their food by this time 30 mins have passed an other people have walked in an already got their food while we’ve been waiting for over 30 mins I said something to them that we were still waiting an they kept saying it will be out in a minute we waited a whole hour before we were fed up we got a refund an they wouldn’t even refund us for our drink they didn’t apologize to us or anything they were too worried about the drive Thur they were very rude and unprofessional the guy up front I believe his name was James just kept walking back and forth looking at us like he knew an didn’t care. We thought it would be good being new an all but no mind you our order was very small it wasn’t even 20$ three tacos an two burritos my kids were very disappointed crying an upset an they were just laughing.
I work in fast food I know how it is but when it’s like that your supposed to apologize and make it right they didn’t even care.

Only kiosks no person working a register inside. When food was ready they didn’t even announce it. Just set bag on counter and walked away. Food was good. Clean /new environment

Went in at 9pm to pick up a mobile order and they just never made it. I let them know I was there and waited 30 minutes before finally leaving and canceling the order.
