Fast food restaurants are becoming more of a joke anymore. It appears like they are sacrificing quality and quantity for reasons unknown. Marketing convinces bosses to change menus and get rid of tried and true items for new and not so great things.
Taco Bell food is overwhelmingly more flour tortillas and lettuce and a brown smudge of so called beef. Is it pre measured micro amounts?

Update: Food still is an issue at this location. See photos. Food is always an issue when I go here these days.tacos are soft and they are supposed to be hard shell tacos. Took a bite of one and the whole bottom fell out bc it was so saturated in the meat grease.

The place was filthy! Floors, tables, beverage, and condiment areas had food and spills. I can’t imagine the kitchen is any cleaner. The food was good though.

Food was cold. We got two Taco Bell boxes and had things missing and they barely put anything in our order. The tacos were super empty and so were the crunchwraps. It feels like the food is from yesterday (we came around 10:20am). Just skip this location. It’s really not good and not worth it.

my food was burnt, I didn’t receive my chips, I didn’t get my extras or add ons, my beans were cold, no red sauce on them, and 3 pieces of shredded cheese, my Gordita Crunch was smashed and was not made the way I asked to be made. starry is out, my daughters drink was carbonated, and my chalupa in the box was so hard I could not eat it!!!!

Mhm why do I order online? Just so when I get there, I have to wait longer because they dont have my food ready. Let’s just say I wait in a long line and get up to the window and my food ain’t ready, they’ll make me go back and wait in a long line for my food. What’s the difference between ordering online and just pulling up the speaker and ordering? I figured online would be faster but it doesnt seem like it.

Staff were working well together. Our order was served fresh and hot. Only negative issue is when we ordered no lettuce om our tacos and it comes just looking so skimpy with only a sliver of meat and cheese mostly shell just because there’s no lettuce however my Nacho Bell Grande made up for it. Dining area was very clean. But so cold

Soft taco supreme with about a spoonful of taco meat. Pretty typical of the Taco Bell on Mathis. Employees have attitudes that definitely convey that they don’t care about their service. I go here for lunch every so often because I actually like Taco Bell, but the ones we have here in town just have bad service.
