Good Taco Bell location. Service was friendly and fast, chalupa was good.

The service was extremely fast and accurate. The resturant was clean, well lit and nicely organized.
The lower rating is a reflection on how the food was made, not the flavor. The cheesy gordita crunch (not pictured) was soggy and only had one blob of sauce at the end. The Mexican pizza (the culinary masterpiece pictured below), was en epic mess. Cemented to the one side of the box. It was both soggy and dry. I am unsure how they managed that feat. Just to note, the box was not crushed, just the food inside. I was super disappointed. This was a pickup order that we waited for in store and not something sitting around. Hopefully it’s better next time.

Taco Bell never fails to impress! From getting our orders spot-on to serving up piping hot food and perfectly chilled drinks, they’ve got it down. Their ever-changing menu keeps things exciting, and with prices that won’t break the bank, it’s a win-win. Plus, the staff is always super friendly!

Came on my lunch break from working in filthy homes only to find out restroom was closed due to a door lock sticking(2min fix)? There is nowhere for people to wash their hands, yet the lobby is full of people eating. Disgusting. Had to go to KFC just to wash my hands so I could start to eat my food I purchased from Taco Bell. Should’ve just eaten at KFC where they care about sanitation. Only reason for 2 stars was the customer service was actually pretty decent. Bottom line is I could not even eat my food at this restaurant due to unsanitary conditions lol. And how are the workers washing their hands, I wonder?

Why order a large fry if the restaurant isnt going to provide that .. not only were they not fresh but the fact that this is how they came is just somebody not bothering to do their job. My crispy cantina taco was soggy as hell. Chicken nuggets were old. Taco Bell has become too expensive for this. I should have read the reviews on this location before I purchased. Never again!

I’ve been in here for 7 minutes already. I’ve been ignored the whole time. And I’ve already ordered on the kiosk. No one has acknowledged me or taking my money. And I can see both lines making the food. No one has started my order yet.
UPDATE: 10/09 I just called to make sure that my order would be the way that I placed it, because clearly I’ve had problems in the past. I was hung up on. Disgusting

Avoid at all costs during night shift ! Never again. Contacting corporate about the abysmal food we’ve got everytime we have given them a second chance !!!
Update: Thursday night, 10:30 PM 10-13:
I told my girlfriend never again after she said “it’s closer to home let’s give it another shot”. Gordita crunch missing it’s shell. Lettuce shrapnel and sour cream where old food had been scraped and re wrapped instead of making it fresh. Taco shells literally melted into mush. Greasy wet wrappers. Nachos dumped upside down in the bag, and instead of my nacho fries with the Truff dip, I got an old mushy order of loafers nacho fries ?
Update-Monday night 9:15 8-22:
Decided to give it another shot. On this side of town again and craving Taco Bell. Location was dead again with only one other car in drive through. Got all our items this time but quality was still abysmal. Got chalupas and the shell was inedible. Could tell it had been prepped long before we got there. If they would have put the sauce on them maybe I could have choked it down but ended up scavenging the insides and throwing away the shell. Same for everything else we got. We order no lettuce and by the shrapnel you could tell it had been scraped off our items and rewrapped. Highly disappointed and kicking myself for giving them another chance. Guess I’ll just eat the time difference next time and drive to the Riverside location.

Surprised it was dead at 2am on a Saturday. After tonight though, I think it *might* be because everyone is frequenting the quality Taco Bells on Madison Street, and to a lesser extent Ft. Cambell Blvd.
What food we did get (missing three items) was poorly assembled and missing half the ingredients. And for some strange reason everything was just obnoxiously drenched in liquid cheese.
I give a lot of leeway when places are covered up with people and trying to pump out as much food as possible, but there was literally no one else there and the pick up rack had no tickets: this behavior is just not acceptable.

This is the worst taco bell I’ve been to. The chicken in the crispy chicken wrap was way over cooked and very dry. It looks like it was left out to sit for a long time and fried again.
