Terrible service. I ordered to pick up in the store. The signs say lobby open until midnight, I ordered at 10:25pm. I flew into town for work so I walked over from my hotel nearby. Doors locked. Workers inside, drive thru still going. I tried knocking and they were ignoring me. Would not communicate at all. I waited a full extra half hour after I could already see my order with my name on it on the counter in the drive through. They kept ignoring me and wouldn’t even communicate why they wouldn’t give me my order. Finally some nice women coming through the drive thru getting their orders let me get in their car so that the taco bell employee could then be “allowed” to give me my order. Only then did they decide to explain to me that they couldn’t give me the order if I was on foot. Why couldn’t they have communicated that to me through the drive thru speaker sooner? Instead of completely ignoring me and letting my food get cold? I was able to get my order. Cold. Only because the other customers decided to be nice. Terrible service at this location.

I recently paid my first visit to this Taco Bell when I was in Brentwood for work. It was a rainy, dreary day and Jim wanted some comfort food. (Don’t look at me like that. I worked at Taco Bell for over 9 years. It’s my comfort food. 🙂 )
The dining room in this location looks larger than most, and I get the feeling this location is relatively new…or maybe not-too-long-ago remodeled.
Before going any further, I will say that I despise Taco Bell for pushing customers to order at a kiosk. Do I understand why? Yes, from a dollars-and-cents perspective, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. It’s as if they put more emphasis on the bottom line than they do on the customer experience. The kiosk is 100% impersonal. The kiosk doesn’t greet you. The kiosk doesn’t smile and ask you how your day is. That’s across the entirety of Taco Bell, though, and not against this location. It’s not that you can’t order at the counter (should you be able to get someone’s attention), it’s just the they’d 100% prefer you did.
The dining room was immaculately clean when I walked in and made my way to the cold, impersonal ordering kiosk. I placed my order and waited for my food. After about five minutes my order was delivered. It was hot and accurate, and well-portioned. It was entirely what I was expecting with no problems. When I was done with my meal I was still hungry, though. I thought “You know what this meal needs? It needs a Taco Supreme®”. So I went to the counter to order one.
The gentleman at the counter (yes, I opted for the counter option) took my order and I paid — using cash! — and had a quick conversation with the employee that took my order. It was rather pleasant! (Try that with a kiosk. It’ll just look at you judge-y).
My Taco Supreme® was made fast and tasted great.
The next time I’m in Brentwood I’ll definitely visit again. Clean dining room. Fast food delivery. Pleasant staff. OH..and I love the aesthetic in this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Door dashed 3 items not too long ago, maybe an hour ago. Payed extra for ranch and rice to be put on my melt and asked for the chipotle sauce to be left off of it. Obviously they couldn’t follow instructions because they gave it to my dasher exactly how it’s supposed to come. ( chipotle sauce, cheese, and chicken). The chicken was rock hard on the melt. The chicken strip on my avocado ranch wrap was very hard as well. Seems like it was sitting out for a while and they just threw lettuce, ranch, and cabbage on it. Why pay extra for things i’m not getting? Having worked fast food before I know for a fact they were just being lazy. Worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from.

Came into feed staff on this snow day. Staff was short handed, and very busy they did a wonderful job getting our rather large order out for us. Thankyou!! Believe it was a lady with an L name helping us!!

These guys are awesome. I stupidly ordered on the mobile app at the wrong location & they still made me food. Manager came out & handled it all. Above average Taco Bell; food is hot too.

Sad to say customer service was horrible. Upon arrival at the drive through I was asked “what you want?” When we went to the next window she just grabbed the card and did speak back when I said hello. Just gave the food bag to me with no have a great night or didn’t say anything. Once again I said have a great one. Just because I believe in communication and keeping everyone in an uplifting mood to keep pushing. I was so shocked to know someone who works in around people can have a horrible customer service. The experience was horrible. Will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

Quick run for the border for a couple of bean burritos with extra cheese & sauce. It was made right and refried beans were hot and not chunky. Enjoyed a quick bite.

Absolutely pathetic. It took me 20 min to get 2 tacos. A sit down restaurant is usually faster

The larger lady working tonight gave us a beverage cup with our food so we thought we got a combo. When we filled it with soda, she got infuriated with us and said we were only supposed to get water. We apologized and offered to pour it out, but she forced us to pay for the soda. Such a rude worker who mislead us to pay more. I am disappointed in this Taco Bell. I’ve only had positive experiences till today ):
