My boyfriend ordered on the kiosk, and brought it over and this is what I see. There is no avocado Ranch Sauce in there and I had to get into a quarter of the burrito to actually see the guacamole but there was only a dab on the left side. It was not put on there like it should be. The Doritos locos tacos was not it, the sour cream and lettuce was only on HALF of the taco. I shouldn’t be finding the sauce in HALF of burrito, it’s supposed to be in all of it not half, it’s really simple.

The second time this has happened at this location. Got the gordita, with no shell and crunch wrap supreme with no shell. Was soggy like someone had spit in it. There no reason why service should suck this bad everything is electric and automated so theres no reason for this especially a NEW location.

The customer service was nonexistent. I was the only person in the store and I got interactions from the workers. The only response I got from anyone in the store was when my order came up. All of my food was very soggy like the dipped my food and let it sit in liquid. I definitely would not recommend coming here.

Bathrooms are unpleasant, I must be honest. Dirty walls from who knows what bodily fluid, smells of mildew, and overflowing trash.
Otherwise, food is great, always fresh, and everyone there is always polite!

Be careful with this location! They don’t even ask before they add a “donation round up” which in my case was $3.79… VERY deceptive and sneaky. Imagine them doing this to everyone… crazy

Absolutely disappointed in this because Taco Bell has so many good things going for them. My fries were kinda fresh but they had something on them.

Absolutely worst taco bell I’ve even been to and that includes one in Iraq. I got 2 calupas, a soft taco, and 2 quesadillas. Both calupa shells were basically frozen and the soft taco had no meat on it and the lettuce was frozen.
The gentlemen handing orders out would say the name so quiet no one could hear him. When asking g for my cup he seemed to not understand why I would ask for it.
Hope this one turns around but I highly doubt it. Not a single manager to be found.

Order was not correct once again. We’ve been here twice and both times order has returned wrong. Also no taco sauce. The employees need to pay attention and the man manager needs to get on top of this. My $50 on this order would have been better spent anywhere else. We will take our money elsewhere from now on.
