I went through on 1/11/26. Honestly the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice and the food and drinks were well made! Thank you for making my experience a good one!

This place is so much better at lunch and that’s the only reason they get 2 stars. Seems like if you go after 5pm the service sucks. You’ll wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and they leave stuff out all the time. And apparently will swap the potatoes in the taco for fries. They need more help it seems like. They used to be so much better.

It’s Taco Bell. I get it. But how hard can it really be? We ordered 5 items total. 4 of which were wrong or messed up. Do you know how to read a menu and recipe board? Obviously not. Soft taco supreme. The supreme means you add tomatoes and sour cream. You did not. A grilled cheese burrito? Did you add the cheese and grill it? Nope. Just a burrito that didn’t even have the correct ingredients inside. And how do you screw up a box of nachos? By putting everything else on top of it so it smashes the box into the toppings. Nice lunch guys, thanks. Never again.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this has happened at this location over and over again. This is how i received my quesadilla ( smushed up and no sauce ) They also shorted me a cheesy Gordita crunch for the 3rd time atleast which is a $6 item. Go to a different Taco Bell at diner time.

Pathetic!!! Took too long to get little food we got then got it wrong. Ask for the 60’s tostada and they gave me this crap. If I wanted a cheez it I’d ask for one. They have no clue on what they are doing. They even had a guy before us waiting for about 30-35 minutes for two tacos. They all need to be fired!!

Had an appointment order. Sat in the drive thru where you place your order waiting to tell them we had an app order for 18 mins behind 1 car that was getting their food at the window. OK, maybe they’re short staffed or something, that happens. Get to the window to pick up the food (paid thru the app) and there were 5 employees standing around in a circle while 1 person was trying to actually work. Sat at the window for 15 mins before they ever cracked the window then when they did, they were confused about the order. Confirmed the order finally then sat for some more minutes until they opened the window to find out if there was a drink with the order. Finally got our food and we were missing items. Everyone has a bad day but they weren’t busy and that many ppl standing around for that long is ridiculous!

Asked me if I wanted Supreme Tacos. I said YES. They charge me for them but still give me regular tacos. No TOMATO or sour cream for that matter. Scammed me out of money and didn’t even complete the basic taco.I don’t even want to open my Loaded nachos which probably should have TOMATOES. I should get a free # 8 SUPREME my next trip but I know how that goes. My money back or something. Hope Taco Bell HQ sees this and replaces everyone in the building with people who don’t mind doing the job right.

I’ve been coming to this specific location for about six years and every time it’s been at least one issue either waiting 30 45 minutes for one simple order or just the workers being not so friendly and the customer service just not being good so I wanted to leave this review to say this was my first good experience The lady at the drive-through was very sweet and had the best customer service I’ve ever seen from this Taco Bell.

Food- we did not get everything we asked for. They didn’t fill the fry up all of the way, they had no seasoning, and we didn’t get both fries. They did not grill any of the burritos as asked, and they forgot our drinks. It was almost like they didn’t have the ticket. On the plus side, they did give me extra cheese.
Service- As if they did not have the ticket. They asked what we ordered a few times and then still got it wrong.
Atmosphere- super nice people, kind, and respectful. Just did not get any of my food right.
