Customer service was by far the WORST ive seen in a long time. I started to act up in there! But, i just left! Food was TERRIBLE, nacho fries was harder than a brick with NO CHEESE, got rushed from the drive thru so I had to go in, go in the girl asked me what i needed…said “okay” and never returned ! No one else came to service anyone who was at the counter! And if you’re always a drive-through foodie…I advise you go in for a change and see how they make your food OMS im “Never” ever going back, unless under new management and team!

The employees were unhappy to have customers late at night when they are the ones volunteering to work at an establishment open that late. Special instructions (no sour cream or tomato) were ignored and the crunch wrap was burnt. My wife was the one who went to pick up the food and she said the male cashier with the ponytail tried to flirt with her and made her uncomfortable. I love Taco Bell but this was not a pleasant experience.

I did an online order, didn’t give me a time to pick up so I called…. simply state/ask “first time doing an online order just ask8ng about an eta 30 or 40 minutes?” She says she doesn’t know and gives the phone to the manager I hear the manager before she even gets on the phone JUST TELL THEM WE BUSY, WE DONT KNOW HOW LONG ITS GOING TO TAKE. And my order was still messing stuff. Its always like this here. Go to a different taco bell until they get a different manager here.

Placed an order online to pick up, and the girl working that night was very sweet and the food was made well and exactly what we ordered. We live right between this location and the one on Columbus Pkwy (where I’ve been asked to pull into a parking spot and wait 20+ min for our order) so we’ll definitely be going back to this one from now on. I was also impressed bc this was on a Sunday night before Labor Day which means usually places can be short staffed but they were on top of it. Highly recommend the new Steak Cheesy Street Chalupas
Edit- I went back about a week later and the steak cheesy street chalupas were not good at all like the first time. Very greasy and small and if I had it made this way the first time, I probably wouldn’t have tried it again. The girl at the window was not rude but not nice like the one working the time before.

Good food when you can get it. Seems half the time I go for lunch, the drive through attendant informs me that it’s inside service only. I understand equipment failures on occasion, as well as staffing issues, but statistically, it shouldn’t be a problem that often that goes unresolved. What of those who are handicapped (which I am not) that requires substantial effort to get out and back into their vehicles? I choose drive through for convenience, and if it isn’t available, I go elsewhere that is happy to accept my funds.

Went to the drive threw and sat there for about 2 minutes maybe longer, no one said anything so we pulled up to the window. There were 2 females just sitting there they did not look pleased. Looked at us like we were a problem. Horrible horrible business. Got our food way fast for what we ordered, kinda scary. Food was slapped together and stale. So sad, it’s so hard to find anyone who cares about the work. I posted a photo of just one of the burritos we ordered. We had 6 people me my husband one our 4 kids.

Wouldn’t give any stars. The five ppl working are all high or sleep deprived, the cashier didn’t give any of us our correct change and we had to tell what the amount was. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in the lobby.
