The service is what made the atmosphere great at this location. This was my first time going inside this location because usually I’m at the drive-through. Chris greeted me with the hello as soon as I hit the door and he was patiently waiting as I decided On what I want. To say he was polite is not to say enough he was so attentive and kind and genuinely so imo. After ask me what drink I wanted , He asked if I wanted lemonade mixed with it because it would be good. I got the dragon fruit fresco with a lemonade and he was totally right. Thank you, Chris! I was super impressed by his presence and willingness to do this and this was an empty store except for one person inside so the tendency is to just forget about the service when it’s not busy, but To my delight and surprise Showed up with excellence even when no one was watching. God bless you and all you do Chris! Taco Bell, give that young man, a raise.

I’ll goto a real Mexican resterant for pickup next time. Evening shift 1-13-26 doing to much and not enough all at the same time! If you go through drive through, take ur time checking you got all ur stuff u ordered, dont be pressured to roll till u do. Shout out to bro who lost his mind for the 90seconds I took at 10:15 ish pm. This place has great customer service. We had a decent size mobile order that my husband went and picked up. When he got back to our hotel one of our items was missing. We didn’t want to leave the hotel again so I called the store to ask if we could get the missing item the next day. I spoke to Shawn and he was very professional and lovely. I went back the next day and talked to the employee at the counter. She quickly started making my item and another employee gave me a drink while I waited. Upon arriving at our hotel I realized they were sweet enough to give me 2 of what was missing and threw in some cinnamon twists that my boys really enjoyed. Thank you Mobile Taco Bell!

The drive thru was busy and we decided to go eat inside for a change. It did take about 25-30 minutes to get our food, however it was worth the wait. The gentleman who served us was polite and professional in spite of a couple of angry customers. The food was fresh and hot. I tried the new chipotle chicken wrap and it was on point! The dining area wasn’t crowded and it was nice to just slow down for a minute. Go visit these amazing people it’s worth it.

Beware of this location. I came here at around 10:30pm on Monday. I didn’t get any of the food I actually ordered. I couldn’t understand the guy running the drive thru, but he was telling me they were out of chalupas. After understanding the situation, he said, oh wait, we have some. Ordered a number 6 with Diet Pepsi and 2 bean burritos with no onions. What he gave me was 3 soft tacos, 1 crunchy taco, a random burrito (beans with soft taco ingredients) and a regular Pepsi. He also didn’t give me a receipt since he intentionally gave me the wrong food. Also found a long white hair in the food.
In any case, you all have been warned and if you see this and get food poisoning after still coming here, that’s on you.

Let me start off by saying I wish I could put zero stars. They charged $5.99 for the $5 chalupa box meal. As you can see in the photo there is maybe a teaspoon of meat and 3 specks of cheese on this chalupa and the taco was the even worse off. I guess I could eat the 20 sauce packets they gave me. Pretty sad excuse for a meal. Please don’t waste your money here.
