I’ve always liked this restaurant but the one in Brewton is ridiculous. The drive thru was closed one evening but they weren’t telling people and when I went in and ordered I asked the why not put a sign out there. They said they would get in trouble with corporate if they did. The staff are rude and I’ve had experiences in the past where simple orders are messed up. They act like they’re doing you a favor by waiting on you. Ridiculous. It seems to be a trend these days as other Taco Bell locations have had rude employees. Probably will go back though because I like the food, so….

WORST. SERVICE. EVER!!!! Drive thru cashier and manager both were extremely rude.
