This was my first time eating there since they reopened had to constantly repeat ourselves at the drive-thru trying to order once we finally got our order placed they told us they were out of one of the things we had ordered so we go back through trying to order something different then we go to pay I heard the way you tell the guy he was running the card they were out of Dr pepper instead of asking he went and ran my card and ask me if I want something else then when we get our food it’s wrong I do not recommend at all this restaurant is terrible and on top of that it took like 20 minutes to get our food and there was no one else in the Drive-Thru

Taco bell and KFC are connected. But I was ordering from the KFC menu. It took close to 10-15 minutes untill they took my order. They were out of biscuits and out of corn. The workers were nice and polite. The faculty was clean and well keeled. Poor rating because the slow service and being out of food.

No ice, all machinery holding the chicken is filthy dirty, no toilet paper in the restroom, the restroom was filthy dirty. They were out of many items on the menu on the KFC side. The facility is not kept up with, the employees weren’t very pleasant to each other nor customers. The chicken taste like it is cooked in old grease.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
We had a party of 6. we recently stopped-by in Taco Bells to have food on the way. I placed 2 orders. 1st one simply they messed up, they didnt gave me 1 item and gave some different items etc etc… By the time i talk and fix that, For 2nd order they were saying Chicken is finished, i have to wait. Seriously !! I told him if not prepared, cancel it. But they didn’t and saying they cannot refund. After lots of argument/discussion and spending 1 hour, they gave me rest of orders. Taste, its awful, worst, uncooked, cold (crispy taco). We just threw the whole order.
Ohh another, they charged all the food with extremely high price. They just have to replace beef to chicken. In other store it would be same price but they charged me extra for adding/swapping. Which i realized later (My bad).
But overall, Worst to worst experience. If you are traveller/ or first timer and want to stop by here, then plz avoid going there.

this place is disgusting. unclean everything. dining tables not clean, men’s restroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. from what I could see into the kitchen it was the same way. Health inspector should take notice. Food was taco bell quality, service wasn’t bad. just unhealthy and unclean ……

Stopped here at this KFC/Taco Bell because I was in hurry and it was the most appealing of all the unappealing options. Ordered a 5 piece big box, when I got to the window I asked to add a dorito taco because it’s been a while since I had one. It was explained to me that the drive thru is on a timer and I would have to get back in line to add a taco to my order. Honestly I could have had it in the time it took her to explain why I couldn’t. Them being on a timer certainly explains the quality of the not so tender tenders I received. It’s certainly faster to serve food that’s been sitting long enough to resemble jerky rather than take the time to ensure that the food is within reasonable hold times and temp. Is it really a wonder why reasonable people believe a $20 minimum wage is laughable??

We love Taco Bell hence the high rating. But this one needed to drain their meat lol. I should’ve taken a picture of our to-go bag. It was shiny with orange grease stains.
Also, could’ve been the part of town but almost everything was behind the counter including straws and lids. Which is fine but there was only one girl working the cash register and they didn’t have ordering kiosks. So we had to wait a bit but not too long. We were short a straw and when we asked her for one the poor girl had to go digging. I think they just need more employees but that’s the way everyone is these days.
