Not sure what’s going on with the other two reviews, I was able to get everything I ordered without incident. Full disclosure there is maybe four customers as today was a rainy day. This place has a nice atmosphere and great large outdoor patio area! As to the food, honestly not a huge fan of taco bell, HOWEVER** my brother whom is a Taco Bell Connoisseur* says the food is 4/5 stars, the chalupas could have more meat.

The bathroom sinks are always broken. I tried to wash my hands in men’s restroom but the sink faucet is broken to the point that it’s separated from the sink except by the water line holding it together.
I asked my wife to check woman’s before I washed them in there, but It wouldn’t turn on.

Overall, food quality was ok. Each of us got the custom box deal, which was easy to order. My 5 layer burrito was custom ordered and turned out good. The crunch wrap supreme was a disappointment, though. It seemed like the amount of fillings was on the slim side, which resulted in the wrap not having much flavor. Overall, experience and food quality was OK.

The full self check out is a pain. It takes longer for everyone in your party / family to navigate through the items than it would at the register with an employee that is there standing behind the counter anyway. The food prep was not any better either. So if the employees are not taking care of a customer at the register then there should be better food care. Still a pile of ingredients mashed together and thrown carelessly in a bag. First time to this location that is fairly new. Not impressed and not motivated enough to come back. The self check is just another excuse to separate your business from the customer.

Place 2 separate take out orders. Why did it take over 30 minutes to get my food in a empty restaurant. It was 4 young ladies and no one was in a rush or cared about getting my order ready. However, one of their friend came in they made his order (which he didn’t pay for) this person went to his car ate his order came back and they gave him another order all while I am still waiting on my order. All the employees were rude and unapologetic for the 30 minute wait. And got an attitude when I asked why my orders was taking so long. This is a new location and the service is trash. If service continues to be like this this location will not be open long.
