I have visited this Taco Bell multiple times and this is yet the worst visit ever it was only 2 workers on the clock that were very rude and disrespectful to me and my friends and others in the store. We waited 2 hours just for us tho get on meal and everything we ordered was wrong and 2 orders were not given to us . We asked for a refund they got an very bad attitude with us and told us to wait and never came back then preceded to go to the back for 10 minutes with a lobby full of people waiting on food. Told us that they couldn’t do anything tn as far as refund or giving us the food keep in mind they were still handing food out in drive through. Told us we had 5-10 minutes to get out of the lobby with food or not then said we had 5 seconds and kicked us out without food or refund this is the worst fast food treatment I’ve ever had.

This Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong several times but this was unacceptable. When I went to eat my tortilla chips and nacho cheese sauce, I immediately felt like I had bitten into into some burnt chemicals. The taste lingered in my mouth for a while and after smelling the rest of the chips in my bag the smell was comparable to cleaning chemicals and burning plastic. About 30 minutes later I’ve had extreme nausea and vomiting. I have no idea what’s happening but please proceed with caution at this location. This is my worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Edit: I’ve called their number and the line is constantly busy. I can’t get in contact with anyone there

I went to get some food late last night after leaving my friend’s house. I waited a solid fifteen minutes for my food just for it to be completely wrong. I then went inside to grab some salsa since nobody offered it at the window after I asked twice.. to which I see this really loud kid in the back who is preparing food. He repeatedly touches his face, his hair, and also his phone while making food… never replaces his gloves. He was also yelling and was honestly quite vulgar to some guests in the drive through which is really cringey and weird… I am a bartender and this type of thing is really sad to see in a fast food work environment. Why are you guys hiring such nasty mouthed and obnoxious workers? Why can’t I get sauce in the drive through after asking for it nicely TWICE? I always come here every time I leave my bestie’s house because the service is usually on point and my food is right but I won’t come back here, especially after seeing your kitchen guy… Please train your employees correctly so they don’t contaminate my food and aren’t absolutely disgusting to listen to.

This franchise continues to struggle in specific areas and is good to very good in others. I have seen some improvements providing fresh employees that are genuinely friendly and helpful. I am noticing fewer drifters wandering through the parking area panhandling over the past few months.

In 2015 Taco Bell became the first fast-food chain with American Vegetarian Association (AVA) certified menu items, highlighting its existing bean-based options and customization. This commitment expanded in 2019 with a dedicated, nationwide vegetarian menu featuring new items and clearer labeling, followed by the 2020 launch of “Veggie Mode” provided at kiosks for easier ordering.

That said, for unknown reasons the supply of black bean and sugar free soft drink options at this location are frequently absent. If your heart is set on a specific vegetarian option, it’s best practice to call ahead and check to see if this location can fulfill your request. Before pulling away from the window at the drive through, check your bag for napkins, the last 2-3 times I went by the window, they were left out.

To their credit, a staff member did provide a free cup with ice so that I was still able to enjoy a cold, sugar free drink which I have started to carry with me, just in case. No black beans however is a deal breaker for me. I am choosing to eat the refried beans less these days as they contain animal lard in them.

The Taco Bell seasoned French fries served with cheesy dip are very tasty and quite satisfying when the fries are served crispy and hot but not good enough if served limp and luke-warm with a suggestion to compensate such as, “well, ..the cheese sauce is served hot.” Fresh and fully cooked food are always the best way to say, “Satisfying customer service is our priority.”

Thanks for the tasty and more nutritious meals!

Food was pretty good, staff was pleasant enough. They fixed the issue with the order, so everything was fine. They were cleaning the dining area while we were there, so other than the drink area, the rest of the room was fine.

The food is usually pretty good. But sometimes it’s not warm & every time I go I end up waiting 10+ minutes for my food or they’re out of something. Most of the employees are friendly, but there are a couple that make coming there feel a little awkward/tense

Highly unprofessional work environment that does not meet the customer’s satisfaction. You ask for something and they do the exact opposite. And they dont even give you refunds or give you a replacement order once you complained about not receiving the right order.

Hot food, quick service and only one employee! The dinning area could use cleaning but there is only so much one person can do!

Their entire dining room was yeah, disgusting like there’s food on all the tables on the ground they had like. Yeah, hot sauce packets on one table like nothing was clean or sanitized bro. I would rather eat outside than inside it. It’s so disgusting.

Like on God, all they do is nothing. They talk more than they actually do I don’t care about there, are environments. They need to go stop being lazy. And learn how to work. I ain’t got nothing to do find something to do

This placed has tried to kill me twice. Once I had plastic in my Crunchwrap and the second time they tried to kill me by dumping at least 40 packs of the hot sauce In my burrito
