Before the bad, my order was lightning fast. I got delivery and it was at my front door in about 11 mins. However, someone working the line needs re-training. I ordered pintos and cheese with extra red sauce. I got no red sauce and (no exaggeration) half a container of cheese! It was laughable! If this were the first time something like this has happened, I wouldn’t be saying anything. But this is the 3rd time in a row that something ridiculous has been wrong with my order. Smh. Do better.

This place scares me. Very inconsistent.
Not sure any male employees ever wash their hands in the bathroom. Since it opened, the water in the sink has been stuck on full hot. Never fixed. You can’t hold your hands in the sink long enough to soap and wash. If I can’t, it means the other male employees can’t. Think about that…

Me and three others came to this establishment and not one of our orders was correct. Not only did it take long to get our food when we were the only ones here, they forgot our drinks so we had to ask for those and they couldn’t get simple orders right. 0/10 experience.

Our 1st time going to this one in Oxford and we were not disappointed. It’s a longer drive from where we live but we will not go to the one on 78. Employees were very friendly and the food was excellent.

Food was served cold and manager claims everything’s made fresh. I’m guessing they don’t train cooks well enough to have a standard. And when I confronted manager she said she would only remake 2 things when the entire order was cold and poorly made. Yes fast food is a joke but this is just down right hilarious.

One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Every single item in my order was messed up, stale, or horribly made. Stale cinnamon twist, rock hard chalupa that breaks like a hard shell, a tiny portion of meat on everything. Chalupa, taco and cheesy Gordita crunch. These aren’t cheap items. I wish I could get my money back.

My fiance and I went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and my order was a CHEESE quesadilla, TWO cheese roll ups, and my fiance asked for a HANDFUL of mild sauce. I received a chicken quesadilla, one cheese roll up, and no mild sauce. I dont eat meat, for ethical reasons, and have a sensory disorder that effects my texture processing mostly, so I’m quite pissed off. Really don’t understand why people dont take food more seriously.
