When we rolled into town, it was almost midnight and I tried two other places first that said they were open and they were not open. They closed early, but did not have it posted on Google. It was such a relief to find this Taco Bell and be able to get a canteen bowl which was as close to fresh food that I could find at that time of night. We were driving from Arizona and had been on the road for days and just being able to find a Taco Bell that I was able to get some food for after such a long day was so great! The staff was very friendly and I was able to just drive through the drive-through and grab it and go to my hotel

I’m in town visiting and stopped for some tacos. The cashier was very pleasant. No issues with customer service. However, THE FOOD! I ordered 1 cantina taco, and two street chalupas. My taco was broken and literally had maybe two pieces of meat in the entire taco. The bag had more food collected than the tacos, because they were barely wrapped in their wrappers. The whole thing was a mess. Worst food experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.

After a pretty good run staffing has lowered their rating. This is not fast food. Prepare to wait 20 minutes even for a mobile order as the drive through keeps on moving. Last visit they had 3 employees. As I sit waiting there are a total of ten people unserved at lunch hour. Hope it gets better soon.

First time trying it and it was terrible. I paid for extra chicken but received extra beans in my burrito. I had maybe 6 pieces of chicken, then the cheese wasn’t melted. The service was trash and slow. The team doesn’t work well together either.

Girl with braids and braces is always on her pink phone in the drive through ignoring you and is rude. Always love the food but she makes the service a negative 5 stars for sure.

Hit or miss. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and one of the four pieces had no cheese. The rest was pretty pretty thin but not bad. With my previous order they left out the sour cream. Before that, everything was fine. It just sucks when they mess up and you realize at home.

I placed my order at 9:00 AM and arrived at 9:10 AM for pickup. I waited inside the restaurant until 9:30 AM, and only then was I told that they hadn’t even started making my order. They said it would take another 30 minutes. I needed to go to work, so I asked to cancel, but they told me I had to cancel through the app. However, there was no cancel option available. In the end, I wasted almost an hour, and it completely disrupted my work schedule. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. No sense of responsibility at all.
