My food was horrible. My order was incorrect, the chalupa shell was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The staff was joking and playing around. My hard shell taco was barely a taco. I am very unhappy with the service and food I received it was a waste of my money to pay over $10 for a combo I couldn’t eat. I attempted to speak with someone at the store several times and no one would answer the phone. I do not recommend this location as long as its rub by teenagers who do not take their jobs seriously

After being asked to wait for my meal, I was very disappointed to find all items cold and my fries not fully cooked. I come to this establishment every so often, and each time it is either a hit or miss. Please do not serve food that you yourself would not being satisfied eating yourself. Even the nachos served tasted stale. Please do better with food quality .

I recently visited the Taco Bell location on Vaughn Road in Montgomery, Alabama and was extremely disappointed with my experience. After ordering my food from the drive-through, I was told to wait at the corner of the building for my food. I waited for more than 15 minutes and ended up going inside the restaurant to find out what was going on. When I received my food, it was cold and covered in a sticky substance that turned out to be spit. As a loyal customer of Taco Bell for years, I have never experienced anything like this before and it has left me feeling disgusted and violated. I hope that Taco Bell takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen again

Dozen pack of soft tacos. Inconsistent amount of meat on tacos, mostly sparse. Tortillas not warmed at all. Not a warm taco in the box. Cold tortilla, cold lettuce, tiny sprinkling of meat makes a cold taco. Not an enjoyable experience, eating cold tacos.

Employees need to act like they want or work. Placed order at drive thru and the system was echoing so bad that we couldn’t place both orders we had. Got to window and was told that we would have to drive back around and place another order…that should never happen!! If the customer is right there and they know you have another order why send customer back around to place another one!! Bad customer service all around. Not happy with the service we received and this is not the first time this has happened.

One of the better Taco Bells in Montgomery. Ny order is generally correct. I can order potatoes off the app (unlike Eastchase). Staff are talkative, quick and friendly. This place seems to have it together. I like coming to this spot even though it’s not the closer to my house.

I ordered a chicken quesdada and some tacos. My husband had the tacos and they were good but the quesdada must have been bad cause I got food poison . I have been sick for 3 1/2 days. Very bad. Must have been the chicken . Please Taco Bell clean up!!!
