Taco Bell but let’s talk about it. This location is new and between the decor, clean lobby and 98 health score it was obvious. I was greeted right away and waited maybe 2 minutes for my mobile order. Food was good and aside from Taco bells usual inability to cut a quesadilla and the fact that they gave me a medium cup when I paid for a large we are good. I keep my expectations in line for fast food after all and since I was dining in I didn’t mention the cup.

The manager here is wonderful I did not catch her name but if you go to this Taco Bell her presence is definitely known and it is beautiful. She was helping everybody and the whole store just ran like a well oiled machine. I love those kind of bosses and you can tell that the workers loved her.

Thanks for the food poisoning. I ate half a supreme taco which smelled rancid and tasted like eating crayons. Threw the remaining 2 and a half away and almost had to leave work early because I could barely stay functional at my work after my lunch break.

Minus ALL stars health ratings have dropped. Incompetent managers and incompetent workers. Workers are in too much of a hurry to go outside to BS. I don’t know what this is they gave me but it is not what I ordered. I never get what I order there and I’ll fill it out on the kiosk. Can the people that work there not read a simple order? A brand new store and they have less than three stars. That is utterly pathetic. I hope the day crew is better than the evening crew because the military around the area will not put up with that. You’ll close down just like Burger King up the road.

I hate self checkout when ordering food. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to assist with ordering. I waited for a few minutes and decided to place my order on one of the 4 kiosks. Still, no one came to the counter. A few minutes later, they called my name and gave me my Mexican pizza combo. Other than looking like it had been dumped, the food was ok.

On 1-1-2025 I ordered a number 2 from Taco Bell my food was cold and they did not put the right cheese that goes on the tacos my shell was soggy. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell . Lady at drive thru round 2-3 got extremely poor customer service skills. She works as if someone is on her time. Don’t take time to get the order right or atleast listen to it. Every order that comes, never have napkins with it. Or something is missing out the meal. If she don’t wanna be there it other ppl that will gladly take her spot. Real unprofessional
