The food was the worst I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. See picture of the cantina chicken quesadilla featuring unmelted cheese and no chicken. We ordered 4 other things and they were similarly disappointing. So we basically just had expensive tortillas.

There should be a zero star option. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been to this location, the girl with the blue/green dyed hair has been at drive thru and is always incredibly RUDE. Doesn’t even acknowledge me or smile, acts like I just ruined her day by being there. I got a different girl tonight and she was just as rude. The only time she even spoke to me (rudely!) was when I pulled up to the window and she told me to back up like 5 feet. Didn’t say why, I’m assuming it’s because of their drive thru times? This location has gotten progressively worse, not only with the staff and their ugly attitudes but the food is horrible, and cold. Cheese isn’t melted, missing ingredients, and tonight after we picked up or food and got home, we realized 2 things were missing completely. Need new staff including management ASAP!!!!

I usually don’t rate places so low but when it’s called for it’s called for. My fries were cold and soft, clear sign they weren’t fresh. Forgot my cheese sauce for the fries but thankfully a nice guy working there gave me extra for the trouble. Get home and the food is cold and soft as well, NOT FRESH! DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this store.

Ordered on the app at 6:10 still had not received the food by 6:45. The worst part was seeing the guy who was making our food leave the restaurant to take food to a car, come back in and NOT change his gloves. How absolutely disgusting can you be. It’s one thing to be slow but it’s another to be disgusting and commit health violations
