I’ve had a consistently awful experience at this Taco Bell location, especially during the evening shifts. The twin employees working there are just rude, rude, rude—unfailingly dismissive and unhelpful. Every night, they forget the sauces I’ve paid for, and their attitude is consistently terrible. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since this is the only place open when I get off work, so avoiding it isn’t an option. I really hope management addresses this and improves the service.

It was later but not late…. everything was fresh i guess but the refried beans because on my Nachos and tostada I got a bean mound. It made both a full quest to eat. The meximelts are always good.

Another disappointing trip to the local Taco Bell! See pictures for a beat up chicken taco. Attached order did not include 2 burritos despite ordering two 2 packs. Ridiculous.

Good customer service is critical to business success, ensuring brand loyalty one customer at a time.
Unfortunately, this Taco Bell does not know what customer service is.
Stood at the front counter over 5 minutes. One at drive-through 2 or 3 in kitchen. No one says hello how are you doing? Can I help you? Find a young girl comes in from outside. Says it’s automated that’s the world today. Never said hello just kept walking with her attitude.

Save your money and your stomach. This place is trash. They have some rude people working here as well. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is either cause it’s very poor quality food.

Look, I know its Taco Bell, but you should be able to at least get the very basic things right. Nacho chips were cooked in old oil and tasted burned… terrible – inedible – in the garbage. Enchirito filling was 100% beans and was not worth the $4 – ate half and then in the garbage. The Fiesta Potatoes were very good, actually, and that’s why they get an extra star.

The food is serviceable the few times I’ve had it, but they have no idea how to run a restaurant at night. I placed a mobile order at 9:30, sat in a 3 car line for 20 minutes, and when I got to the speaker waited another 3 minutes only for the employee to tell me my order had been cancelled (I guess TB online thought I didn’t want it because I waited so long. I didn’t cancel the order). They never spoke to me again over the speaker. I won’t be back to this location.

If you’d like to go and get the worst attitudes in town, this is the place for you. On multiple occasions, they have been the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. The customer service is terrible. The cleanliness of the restaurant is terrible. My husband went one day to pick up our food and was told to pull forward. He was ignored for 30 minutes went inside, was further rudely scolded and did not get his food still after 45 minutes. My sister went recently and when she arrived, she was told that the store was closed, even though her mobile order went through. She was not able to cancel the order because it said it was processed. Had to wait outside in the cold for 30+ minutes waiting for service to get it refunded. She was continually hounded by different members of the staff in the rudest way possible. We will not be patrons any longer. I was excited that Taco Bell came back to Tallassee, but it has been so disappointing. I will not go back.

I second and third all the reviews discussing customer service. I understand that digital kiosks are “in” and it can help escalate service instead of waiting in lines, but this is causing problems in feeling like the manager and workers are being observant to who needs to be served. I believe I made the manager annoyed, and humoring her with how upset I got at the lack of attention. We came in and ordered, was served our drink cup, but then were standing at the counter for 15-20 minutes and observed 2 customers be served that ordered minutes after we did. Even while they were serving the other customers their bag they made no gesture or comment to assist us and see if we were still missing anything. I had to say “Ma’am, where is our order as we purchased our food before these customers.” They check the board and see that it no longer is viewable, so I pointed to which kiosk we used. They had to obtain the receipt to complete our order. And the only thing stated was “Sorry, it just wasn’t on the board.” The manager didn’t even ask her employees how it managed to be deleted from the board. I believe we could have been served in a decent amount of time if someone could have at least acknowledged our presence waiting at the counter. This would mean if we would have waited at a table we never would have received food WE PAID FOR. Please work on advising managers and employees to add physical customer service so that we aren’t only relying on a kiosk to do a job.
