Location is good and bad. Its in a main roadway making it an “easy pitstop.” But the way the entry and exit is set up, it makes it quite hard to access. Food is just as good as any other taco bell…but this one is clean and well kept.

I know it’s fast food and my expectations are not high, but enough is enough. Every time we go our order is wrong. No sour cream you get sour cream. This is my first google review of fast food but it won’t be the last. Taco Bell just got the first hit. Everywhere you go the service is down and price is up. I know I could drive back out there and get it fixed, but it’s not worth the time or gas.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I ABSOLUTELY would. My fiancé and I decided to order ahead for some Taco Bell. The order was place around 11PM ish. We got there around 11:40 pm. When we arrived, the drive thru person just kept having everyone pull around. We waited and additional 45 minutes for our order. We received it and was missing two burritos. One being one of the Cantina Chicken burritos. We informed the person who was bringing out the orders and she had an attitude and was rude as could be. She takes the bag of food back inside and about a minute later, the cook brings the bag back out and gives it to us. We were still missing a burrito. We were so aggravated by this point, that we just drove off.
This is HIGHLY messed up and HORRIBLY wrong. Management really needs to get this fixed and talk to their employees about their behavior.

I ordered a box eith a crunches supreme and hard taco. The taco was split in half and there was no meat on it. Just lettuce and cheese. My crunch wrap supreme was meat, lettuce, and tomatoes.. no cheese. No sour cream..the center of it was wet soggy like they put wet lettuce on it. Horrible food

As with everything else, no personal interaction. You walk in, someone tells you to punch in your order, and calls your name to go get your order.
The only thing I can say about Deridder, La, Taco bell is that it’s clean and food is still good.

We have had problems when this store first opened but we’re presently surprised this with our meals this week, everything was Five Star including the drive thru experience, meals were Five Star. Friendly management will be going back soon.
