I asked for no sour cream and no Pico due to Allergies.
They left the sour cream off but the dish had pico covering all the chicken. I tried reaching out but the listed phone number does not work.
So not able to communicate with the store about the issue is why they only get 1 star for service. I do not recommend this Taco Bell especially if you have food allergies.

i don’t usually leave reviews but usually when going through drive throughs whoever’s working is usually rude or just very irritated sounding. for once today i went through the drive through and your worker nathaniel mclendon was the most polite and respectful drive through worker i’ve ever spoken with. he was kind, patient, and just overall super respectful. i wish more workers would have his attitude!

a hit or miss. me and my boyfriend just ordered on doordash and the BAGS weren’t sealed. we didn’t get our potatoes. the cheesy bean and rice burrito was super hard and really disappointed me. i get that working is tiring but if you’re going to go to work, WORK and don’t disappoint your customers. thank you.

Within the Prattville Millbrook area there are 3 taco bells that I have eaten at all frequently. This taco bell is unfortunately the worst. I understand that they probably have the highest volume of customers but my food orders have continuously had something wrong with them as well as every doordash order I have received from them.

I went there last night and I ordered two deluxe craving boxes 4 Doritos locos tacos no cheese and four nacho fries ,they handed all four of the tacos to me with cheese when I asked for it to be remade she rolled her eyes at me and then they proceeded to provide me with 4more tacos with meat and cheese again! They forgot my steak chalupa and my chips and cheese I was treated poorly and honked at by the traffic behind me. I worked all day to pay for this meal because I DoorDash. I am a single mom of 3 and I made 50$ bucks and Taco Bell took 30$ of it last night for horrible service. Thank you taco hell! I’m honestly shocked they gave the fries out to me when they were half full when I tried to complain about it she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I was so mad I was in tears when I left. The Thursday night crew should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a relatively new Taco Bell, so they may still be working out the kinks in their process. I went through the drive-thru at about 10 p.m. The line moved kind of slowly. When I got the food home I noticed it looked like they had set the bag down in some liquid because it was dripping. Then I pulled out my Crunchwrap Supreme, which was put together rather sloppily (see attached photo). I ended up having to eat it with a knife and fork. The taste of it wasn’t great, but my taco and burrito were quite good. One plus about this Taco Bell trip is that they got the order exactly right, were very polite, and spoke very clearly, which is why they’re getting 3 stars instead of 2. I’ll wait a while and then probably give this location a second chance.

This Taco Bell is unbelievable, said only can do 1 order at the drive thru , I have worked in fast food you can do 2 seperate orders at a time plus their were not anybody in the drive thru they were slow I was the only one there so I will not go to this Taco Bell ever again no matter how hungry o am for tacos
