Normally I do not have any problems with this particular one but tonight the young lady running the window acted like she was mad. She had a bad attitude!! She handed me my drinks closed the window made a few drinks opened it back up and said are you waiting on your food turned around and got it shoved it out the window at me then closed it back. I got home and I had no straws or sauce and they left out my cinnamon twists!!!! I know we all have bad days but come on!!!!!

The night shift is genuinely the WORST I went the other night and got two grilled cheese burritos and they decided to leave out the rice and add zero cheese to the burrito lol and then tonight I go through the drive thru to grab another grilled burrito and the cheese on the outside wasn’t even melted it was cold I’ve worked fast food I understand but my god it can’t be that hard….without even leaving the parking lot I called and spoke to a guy who was a manager and he informed me that I needed a receipt even though the guy at the window didn’t give me one and I was told “we give them to every customer” and then as the burrito is sitting in my lap asks for a bank statement or another proof of purchase as of this burrito isn’t sitting in my lap so I just said whatever and left idk what’s going on but they really need to crack down on this nighttime shift because this is insane

They kept bumping orders instead of doing them so they could talk and kept ignoring the customers inside. My friend had to call a name out for them because they just slung the bag onto the counter without saying anything. All of our orders were wrong and I couldn’t even get there attention to get the sauces I needed since they didn’t stock them. Trash everywhere. Tables not wiped down. Nothing enjoyable about my visit.

Bathroom out of toilet paper, workers very unhelpful. Carrying on conversations and not helping people waiting. I ordered through the app and my food took 15 minutes longer than predicted.

We love Taco Bell and this location has been doing a great job of getting our orders right and also giving us quality food. In the past, they’ve struggled, but they seem to be on the right track again now. I love the grilled cheese burrito! My son loves the nachos doritos loco taco. My daughter loves the soft tacos and chalupa supreme!
